Anonymous UserLove the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature.
HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby.
Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

匿子さんI stayed here for a solo 2-day, 1-night trip. I love the Bali vibe, and the moment I saw it on a travel site, I knew this was the place and booked it.
The interior definitely exuded that Balinese atmosphere, which was lovely. What I particularly liked was the spacious bathtub. With cushions to support your back and a ceiling about 3 meters high, it was a very open and relaxing space where I could unwind. Also, after check-out, they held my bag for me, and while I was killing time, the reception staff offered me lemongrass water. I was so touched by their thoughtfulness. Thank you!
On the other hand, there were a few disappointing points. There was a leak in the bathroom, poor TV connection, no conditioner in the bathroom, and no salt or pepper on the dining table during breakfast (I think it would be more efficient if they confirmed the room number with guests, then seated them, confirmed their order, and then prepared the food). The reception area was hot, and because it's outdoors, there were inevitably insects that sometimes landed on the food. Some of these issues were promptly addressed by the maintenance team, and they even prepared two types of breakfast for me. The location, being a bit away from the city center, was quiet and peaceful, which was nice.

Guest UserDelicious breakfast, great view from the room, very clean. Love the room, the beds & pillows. The only problem is there is no lift from basement carpark to the lobby. We enjoy or stay and will likely to come back whenever we visit Ipoh

NizarMzSpent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price.
The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan.
They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Guest UserThe staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean. The location was also good. The only minor drawback was that the facilities were a bit old, but everything else was great.

Guest UserGuys, please stay at this hotel. It's beautiful and super cheap! There's aircon AND a fan! I absolutely love it! Overall 9.5/10. The lift was broken when I went, but the staff were so kind and helped carry my bags and food!

Anonymous UserStayed here again after my previous visit in 2024. There have been some improvements since then, especially the swimming pool, which has been upgraded and looks nice. However, the cleanliness of the pool water still needs improvement. From the surface it looks clean and blue, but underneath, the water and pool area look quite dirty.
The room was good overall, but the pillow was quite hard for my liking. The air-conditioning is centralized, and the room was still quite warm even when I set it to high.
The café is currently closed for renovation and has been moved/replaced with a temporary café on the 1st floor. Hopefully, the renovation will bring further improvements, and I’m looking forward to seeing the completed changes on my next visit.
Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are still a few areas that could be improved, especially the pool cleanliness and air-conditioning.

I only stayed one day in Ipoh as a stopover. This hotel isn't in the city center, and it's not particularly close to the train station either. However, there are some other small shops within the same building, which makes for a decent collection.
The environment is pretty good; it has an industrial design, but it doesn't look run-down. The room was small, but it matched the price. The first room we were given had a connecting door to the next room, so we asked to switch, and the front desk lady cheerfully changed it for us.
There's a gym with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and some strength training equipment. Not many people seemed to use the gym, but the environment was nice and air-conditioned. I worked out for an hour and felt great afterwards.

carbon.lThis was my 1st time book for this hotel. Went to check in quite late was greet by they friendly and helpful staff. For a hotel around RM100 still can get 2 pax buffet breakfast i would say its generous for the hotel and staff provided. Food was good and also with some choices. Room is clean and nothing to complaint about because is a hotel around RM100. Also quite surpriise for fridge and safety box provided inside the room. Definately will stay here again if i'm staying back at Ipoh. Highly recommend for those budget was not high.

Khairul A. HabibThe curtains were not thick enough, allowing sunlight to stream in and making the room feel hot. The café staff member behaved rudely, accusing us of not paying for breakfast without checking first. The staff member did not apologize after we showed proof that our booking included breakfast, and simply walked away with an unpleasant expression.
