The room was comfortable and clean and pretty spacious. The buildings are older and there are some signs of aging and some minor repairs are needed but completely expected for the price.
The outside areas are lovely and the facade is charming. There are two common patio open space areas, one with a great old oak tree that were very nice to sit in in the morning and listen to the peacocks nearby.
Considering this is a 2 star motel, the complementary breakfast was pretty good. It definitely was more than I was expecting.
The only issue I had was at check in. The desk clerk told me I didn't have a reservation, then when I showed it to him, he said I was there on the wrong day. It took a little more time than I thought it should to resolve the issue but it ended up fine. There were also a few things missing in the room - TV remote, DND sign - that I had to go back to the office and get
I had a nice time here. Definitely worth the cost and I would certainly stay here again.
