This place was great. Out first trip to St. Augustine. We will be coming back. Every one at the hotel was so helpful and polite. Location was great and a great starter breakfast. Location was great. . The trolley pick us at the hotel. Great fun great history. If you go make sure to visit the place with the Big Cross . You can walk around it and find out about a lot of history. Don't forget about the pool they have at hotel Great trip for young and old

Our stay was wonderful the place was so cozy and nice. Our room was big and clean, the service was quick. the location was right in St. Augustine. Everything was in walking distance.

The room was comfortable and clean and pretty spacious. The buildings are older and there are some signs of aging and some minor repairs are needed but completely expected for the price.
The outside areas are lovely and the facade is charming. There are two common patio open space areas, one with a great old oak tree that were very nice to sit in in the morning and listen to the peacocks nearby.
Considering this is a 2 star motel, the complementary breakfast was pretty good. It definitely was more than I was expecting.
The only issue I had was at check in. The desk clerk told me I didn't have a reservation, then when I showed it to him, he said I was there on the wrong day. It took a little more time than I thought it should to resolve the issue but it ended up fine. There were also a few things missing in the room - TV remote, DND sign - that I had to go back to the office and get
I had a nice time here. Definitely worth the cost and I would certainly stay here again.

This is an excellent choice if you want to enjoy the charm of St Augustine and avoid chain hotels. We had a lovely time and will definitely stay again.

The room with filthy. When I was trying to check in the front desk lady was nice but she had a screaming child with her. I just don’t think that should be in a professional setting.

Arrived & got our key. Walked in the room and found it was run down and cheaply “decorated”. We started unloading and went to the bathroom only to find that the floor was covered with water everywhere. I walked back to the office and was told that they were completely sold out. After waiting for something to happen, the attendant called someone. Again, after 5 minutes of discussion, we finally got the room 3 doors down. It was not a pleasant stay.

The water pressure was so strong. It actually hurt and the towels were super super thin but the bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and clean. There was no dresser either which I found odd we had three people staying in the room and nowhere to put our stuff.

The online photos are NOT representative of the actual property. The furnishings (sofa and coffee table) are very cheap. The cabinets are painted plywood. The mattress and bedding were clean and comfortable.
The room was clean overall but we did have visible mold on the bathroom wall.
The location is convenient. The rooms were surprisingly quiet.
