Cabarrus County Hotels with Wi-Fi

I travel quite a bit and this has got to be the most neglected hotel room I've ever stayed in. First, the bedroom wasn't as clean as I'd expect it to be. The phone wasn't working. When we picked up the handset there was electrical tape all over it, so someone knew it didn't work and tried to cover it up. Even after all that, i could let it be and say you get what you pay for. But the BATHROOM had not been touched since the inception of this hotel. The bathroom sink was the slowest drain I've ever encountered. The sink filled up every time we brushed our teeth, and had to wait 5 minutes before the next person could use it in order for the water to go drain. The shower rod was broken, causing the flimsy ineffective shower curtain to droop down to the middle, causing water to splash onto the floor from both ends of the shower. It's been like this for a while because there's mold on both ends of the shower and the tile is broken. Worst part, the shower did not drain all the water. There's a pocket i guess in the tub that doesn't seem to angle completely towards the drain, creating a puddle of STANDING WATER in the shower. Which means if someone takes a shower before you, like say a rowdy pre-teen playing in the dirt all day, you will be stepping into a puddle of their dirty run off from their shower. Our room was cleaned while we were away, and the puddle was gone when we came back, which means they found a way to push the water towards the drain, which means THEY KNEW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. It's been like that for a while. How do we know you ask?? The spot where the tub puddle is IS RUSTING, while the rest of the tub isn't. You should feel ashamed to subject families to that room, and as a result I'd rather sleep in my car rather than stay at that place again.

The hotel wasn’t very busy which was nice. You do have to pay to have a car parked there as an additional charge. They have a free happy hour and snacks every night which was very fun. Being there during the holidays affected the hours on some of the amenities.

The stay at this hotel was simply average at best. The hotel and rooms all need an update, the coffee was average at best, the service was just OK. Being a Hilton Honors member I have stayed at many Hilton properties and I would say that this one could be really great, with a little better focus on quality in their accommodations

Quality Inn - Concord 80,TRANSIT CT NW Concord, NC 28025 PLEASE READ, and Make your own decision. I've traveled a lot over the last 45 years and this hotel shouldn't even be listed as a Quality Inn !!! This is a very old 2 story property that was typical of early 70's has not been kept up. The lady at front desk was very rude and my stay was totally unimportant to her. Reviews that are posted about a ”good breakfast is totally a fraud” I asked about breakfast and was told by this front desk person that there will be ”bags of somthing you could eat avaliable on this table in the morning”. All welcoming areas one usually expects we're blocked off, no coffee in lobby either. Asked to view the room I was getting before I checked in ”I said I would not enter *clean room*, I just wanted to look”... was told emphatically NO‼️ Needless to say I refused to complete the payment for this ”reserved room” ! Called Choice Hotels customer service, cancled this reservation and had them find me another Great Room at a Comfort Suites on the other side of town. Customer Service was Outstanding as usual... the main reason I stay at Choice Hotels every time I travel ”47 nights in 2020 & 28 nights so far in 2021” Hopes this helps someone who reads these reviews. This is the longest one I have ever submitted.

My stay was very pleasant. Staff was real helpful and nice. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Room was very clean and smelled really nice.

We were scared to walk in the room, stains/stuff everywhere. There were hand and feet prints floor to ceiling. The TV was filthy, the remote didn't work. There was tissue paper wadded up in the peephole behind the door which was very uncomfortable. There was unidentifiable red fluid on the mirror at the top and stains on the top of the sheets and bedspread. The bathtub had smudges and gunk on it and the window was so gross you almost couldn't see out of it, it looked frosted.
