訂房時看寫的是23年新開的店就訂了。前台説兩家共用一個前台，到房間才發現就是2021年住過的東呈旗下的宜尚，不是新開的，設施還是老店的。
早餐，品種還是豐富的，態度很好。
客房服務，比較熱情，澡水很棒。
大床房，都臨三一大道，窗户不很隔音，夜裡過車聲音很大。

酒店大堂裝修很典雅和藝術性，讓人很舒適，前台小美女服務態度非常好，送了一份小童早餐🍳。給我們推薦了比較安靜親子房，很有心。早餐也挺豐富，期盼水果更多點會更好。酒店免費停車🅿️。後期來長沙還會選擇該酒店。個人意見，酒店可以提供下洗澡的拖鞋，男人的刮鬍刀🪒，小童的鞋子會更好更貼心。

服務還是很好的！環境一般，不安靜好像離機房很近，嗡嗡響了一夜，很無語。考慮到離湖南匯展中心不遠，所以選擇了。晚上冷找前台工作人員要了被子，客房阿姨還很熱情的和我們介紹被子情況，感覺很貼心！希望以後能改進一下

我們是春節放假從廣東自駕去長沙遊玩，酒店離世界之窗和海底世界很近，就在酒店馬路斜對面，停車免費，吃的也方便，前台服務態度很好，挺滿意的！推薦大家來住！

房間很大，正對世界之窗。酒店離芒果館 1 公里，步行輕鬆可達，看完演唱會回來前台免費提供熱八寶粥暖身，好評！
覺得可以改進的地方是早餐的種類，住了 4 天，早餐品種完全沒變化。

離附近場館很近走路差不多20分鐘左右
環境：環境不錯但是在路邊不可避免的車流聲
設施：齊全
衞生：挺乾淨整潔的

酒店衞生真的不知道怎麼説，燒水壺臟的要死，打電話讓前台換一個，等了二個多小時，沒來，又打電話，送來一個，還是臟，地面還有污跡，一次性的梳子上面還有頭髮，一言難盡，以後不會住這個酒店了

1、被子太冷（跟空調被差不多厚度，在1月份）
2、晚上沒熱水，然後半夜1:15打電話吵醒你説鍋爐壞了（報修2小時後）
3、無服務
