房間沒礦泉水，有提示直飲水的牌子，可直飲水的水龍頭沒水？
前台服務的人員全程板著臉，特別冷漠！
早餐就不説了，品種少，能吃飽，但問有沒有温開水沒人回覆。服務態度讓人不敢恭維！

三件事體驗真的很差：
1.入住的時候衞生間門口地非常滑，差點兩次摔倒。
2.第二天早上8點半開始在旁邊開工維修，由於隔音效果極差。各種釘槍，機器聲，鎚子聲，一直到十點半，打電話給前台，半個多小時才停一下然後又繼續了。
3.最過分的是：維修工居然拿了房卡開了我房間門，有病吧，看都不看直接開。
總結，再也不會住了。

房間衞生很好，風景不錯可以看到學校，房間很寬敞明亮，酒店服務態度很好，客房服務很好，有時候會有早餐兑換券和晚安粥服務可以問一下，房間乾濕分離很好。

帶孩子出遊，酒店衞生還可以，就是早歺太差，早上8點半左右到歺廳，加起來幾個盤裡什麼都沒有，比洗過還乾淨，出一盤炒胡蘿蔔秒完，在湯麪點，排起長龍，衹有一個服務員在忙。住過這麼多酒店這家早歺最差，早歺券還是後來補錢買的，結果一傢什麼都沒吃上，還要開車到外面吃。

酒店位置比較適中，環境清凈，衞生條件好。離地鐵站二號線非常近，出去旅遊，離嶽麓山，橘子洲，五一廣場非常近，方便，自駕車有免費停車場。
