The walls are very thin, people talking along the walkway can be heard clearly, thus it was noisy. The water tape was not functioning well, too tight, hard to turn.

酒店位置好，乾淨，衞生間很大，洗澡熱水很沖，乘坐公交方便，馬路對面就是CU便利店，入住三天有免費接送機服務，唯一欠缺的是酒店員工對中國人很冷淡。

酒店乾淨整潔，住着很舒服，工作人員服務熱情周到，早晨起來看天氣還不錯想去牛島，問了一下酒店中文客服公交路線，坐公交車去城山港的話需要2個小時，建議讓我們打車去牛島，從酒店打車到牛島碼頭正常5萬韓元左右，中文客服幫忙呼叫的才3.5萬韓元，省錢又開心的一天，牛島真的很美[呲牙]

第一天住店給我辦理入住，會中文的那個前台叔叔服務態度很好很有禮貌，有問題會及時幫忙解決，很喜歡他，他值得好評。。本來想給全五星好評但是最後一天退房的時候是另外一個不會中文的前台大叔，這個大叔給我的印象感覺有點不友好。房間設施還不錯挺乾淨的，環境好。就是大花灑好像好久沒人用過了看着有點臟，吹風機內部有很多堆積的灰塵，除此之外都挺好的

環境很好有空調有地暖 但是我不知道怎麼關地暖哈哈哈開着窗户睡的。
衞生：很棒天天打掃
設施：齊全 沒有牙刷自己買了
環境：很好
服務：不會説中文 不過也不需要説 到酒店會問你 Check in 回答yes就好了 護照給他就完事了

很好旅遊，前台大叔很熱情，在路口，交通很方便 nice 韓國很美，酒店也在6樓 一點也不吵 ，房間地暖真的很熱！關掉才剛剛好哈哈哈哈
