The hotel has been around for ***y years. Therefore ***y of the systems are not working well. The air-conditioning in the room is not cold and the WiFi is not stable and for most of the time it goes on and off in the room. However, all the staff in the hotel, the front desk staff, bellhop, waiters etc are very cheerful, helpful and well-***nered. The breakfast buffet is average but the a la carte lunch and dinner are good.

We celebrated our daughters first birthday .Nice ambience was too.Buffet was very nice,Near and clean Kind staff.xcellent hospitality Delicious food & beverages Tasty sweets & desserts Lovely service . thank you so much for making our day so special..

Pillows are average, could not see IPL MATCH on the TV as it's set top box not functioning properly. Rest other things okay but appealing. Mirror was old , could see when out signs. Toiletries were not replaced properly. Hotel.surrounding area is very shabby and don't feel like walk around. One big screen is there near pool side but it's also old and not properly maintained.

Not expected such poor service from a reputed hotel like Ramada. Need to repeat your request multiple times to get it done
