Very clean and modern hotel, relatively close to the subway, Raffle City and Hongya Cave. Check in was smooth and coffee and amenities is available 24/7 in the lobby. It’s a “smart” hotel meaning they have a smart speaker to control the room. The only downside is that the smart speaker uses “Xiaodu” so for any of my English speaking friends, she can’t understand any of your commands 😅 you’re better off manually pressing the buttons.

The room that we booked was very comfortable and had an amazing view. The staff contacted me one day in advance and offered great assistance and support on pre-arrival and during the stay as well. Both guys that we encountered as well as the lady were very helpful and even there was language barrier they always found a way to understand and assist us. For sure when returning to Chongqing will defiantly stay at the same place. Housekeeping service was great as well. Last but not least, the staff went above and beyond their call of duty and provided us with coffee even coffee is not in the room amenity (they have good tea) and offered a nice plate of fruits with a personal massage. Keep up the good work, thank you for having us 🌹

Situated waterside, this chic hotel boasts trendy décor and modern amenities, including high-speed internet. Our room offered a pleasant view, stylish furniture, and delightful sheets. Located on the tenth floor, it can be a bit tricky to find, but the Friday and Saturday night local market with pop-up bars and snack spots is a delightful surprise. Just across the bridge from major sights, it's cozy and well-connected to metro lines. Affordable with a nice morning espresso, the only drawback is smoking rooms, resulting in a slight mustiness. Nevertheless, it's a great value and recommended for its overall charm.

I've been here several times and the hotel is still the same. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to see the outside scenery. The hotel environment is still the same. The hotel's butler said that the bed was customized by the boss and is very soft and comfortable. There has been a festive atmosphere at the front desk recently. The butler No. 7 Changsheng's service is very good and enthusiastic. He even helped upgrade the room this time when he checked in. The large TV in the room is great for watching movies, and the Xiaomi brand is quite good. Next time I come to Chongqing, I will also come to Jeff Jeff Hotel. Worth recommending.

Look at the pictures, both the good and the bad are taken. The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear ”Ahhhhhhh” and voices in the corridor even when the TV is on. The front desk is on the 12th floor, and check-in is on the 4th floor. The front desk on the 12th floor is very well decorated... I booked it based on the photo, um... the name is also popular. I thought it was the same company as Liangjiang Four Seasons and Liangjiang Lijing. I will not book it again. coming

Stunning Views Amidst Clean Comfort and a few flaw at Roosevelt. My recent stay at Roosevelt offered a mix of breathtaking scenery and comfortable accommodations, albeit with two minor flaws. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel boasts unparalleled views of both the sparkling river and the bustling city skyline. The lobby was impeccably clean, with modern decor and well-appointed furnishings creating an inviting ambiance. However, my enthusiasm waned slightly upon noticing the state of the carpeted hallway, which appeared in need of a thorough cleaning. Despite this initial impression, the cleanliness and comfort of my room quickly restored my confidence in the hotel. The spacious accommodations were meticulously maintained, offering a serene retreat from the bustling city below. The large windows provided an uninterrupted view of the river and cityscape, allowing me to enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of my own space. The onsite restaurant promised a western breakfast; to be honest I had my doubts but my wonderful fiancé convinced me to book the hotel with the breakfast option included, however their idea of a western breakfast was toast, overcooked eggs, stale doughnuts and the rest you’ll refer to the pictures. While the dirty carpeted hallway was a minor disappointment, it did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. With its unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and stunning views, Roosevelt remains a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay in the heart of the Chongching. I would gladly return for another visit, hopeful that the cleanliness of the hallway and the breakfast matches the caliber of the rest of the hotel in the future.

The service of Mumu and Xiaopeng at the front desk is simply better than that of a five-star hotel. They will also help you carry your luggage upstairs. You can also store your luggage at their front desk after you check out the next day. The hygiene is also very good, and there is food in the hotel. Yes, but if I have to mention a shortcoming, it is that the terrain in Chongqing is too high. Everywhere is like climbing a mountain. Haha, the hotel is very cost-effective and worth staying. I will stay here again next time I come here.

Just finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room. Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious. Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable. What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable. Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced: - A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty - Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals - One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it - Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel. - A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room - Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too. Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

its location is just right above HongYaDong. Also just around the building, there is a secret path that leads to the steps to HongYaDong and if you cross the road its is JieFanbei where all the nice shopping area is. Kinda like city hall to bugis street in SG. And along the street, there are store that open till 1.30am for people who wants supper. The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. Especially staff number 4. They even have farewell packs for us when we check out the building. (Oh the can drinks inside the mini fridge is also free too.) My family enjoy it very much. Their breakfast voucher is actually a meal voucher that you can use from 7.30am to 8.30pm. So you can use it anytime of the day to cover your meal.

Location of hotel is very very good in the middle of Jiefangbei. Downside is a bit of a walk from metro but then taxi is not expensive. Downisde of hotel is that on very high floor. Nice view but a hassle to get the lift. Hotel lobby also quite mysterious because its shared with 2-3 other hotels so needed to navigate a bit to find the right hotel lobby. Staff were nice and room was spacious enough and clean
