We had a great time at Green Links, the condo was very clean, had all the essentials, the people at the front desk were extremely kind, helpful and met some additional accommodations we asked for. The total property and pool area again, extremely clean, well taken care of!!! We will certainly be back to this property, no question about it. We could only golf at the Mustang course as the Flammingo course was closed. Mustangs course was nice and I would say in good shape, not great but not poor. I would recommend this place to family and friends with no question!

We've stayed at this property since it was first built and it was amazing back in the day. It's went downhill over the years. The hotel rooms are so-so and are definitely in need of some updating. The rooms are dark and dingy and some of the lighting in the rooms need to have bulbs replaced in the overhead vanity lights, etc. Updated and additional lighting throughout the rooms would be a plus! The wall paper was peeling in the bathrooms and the rooms were generally dark and dingy. The pillows are flat and horrible. The carpeting in the rooms had burn holes and dirty. The elevators are also dirty. The hotel has deodorizer machines plugged in all over the hallways to disperse an obnoxious deodorant spray to mask odors. The housekeeping staff talks very loudly in the hallways all day long. We never utilize housekeeping during our stays but asked for a few replacement towels and they seemed to be bothered by this. The breakfast buffet was always a disheveled mess and somewhat risky to say the least. The hard boiled eggs were in a communal dish as were the bread and pastry items and people were grabbing items with their hands. The toaster had metal tongs next to it to remove the toasted items, as the knobs were missing. I'm fairly sure that using metal tongs along with a toaster, isn't a great idea. We felt horrible for the one and only person working the breakfast area. This solo employee had to keep it organized and clean, as there were many guests that were absolute slobs that were hoarding massive amounts of food, and then throwing most of it in the overflowing trash cans. Perhaps it's difficult to keep up with a few of the low class guests that are messy, loud and disrespectful of the property. For the high price, it's really not worth staying here.

I have read a lot of reviews before booking and yes there is truth to some of them. 1. When you go into your room-they all smell like the rooms near a beach in a motel built in the 80s. There is a damp smell that is overpowering. They appear to have the original wall A/C that is the culprit. We bought Febreze and it was fine after a few sprays. 2. Clearly is has been recently renovated and the finishes were clearly slapped on without any inspection from the superintendent. 3. The hallway was reported to be dirty and clearly never vacuumed. The entire time we were there we did not hear the hallway being vacuumed in our 2 days stay. 3. Bugs reported by many. None. Florida is riddled with palmetto roaches and maybe they were seen before. We saw none. 4. Like with any hotel stay: ask to see your room first before checking in and pull back the covers. The front desk staff gladly obliged this request. 5. The bed was comfortable and the room was worth the value. 6. Breakfast area was small for the amount of people eating. The eggs are clearly powdered. Cracker Barrel is nearly adjacent to the hotel so we headed there for breakfast. 7. Hotel is 22 min from the Naples pier. Publix down the road as well. 8. Join the IMG program and get a feee snack at check in. Would stay again and just bring Febreze.
