The Jaumanns (without the apostrophe) is a modern business hotel that used to be called "Quelle" and has been completely renovated. I had a comfort room that was adequate even for a longer stay. Comfortable bed, functional bathroom. Breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, the advertised wellness area is "under renovation". The area around the hotel is pretty run down, however.

Clean and modern hotel in Porz. Simple and clean comfortable room. Useful restaurant because the area is not the most lively. Nearby pizza or kebab. Better to use the restaurant which offers unlimited BBQ style entertainment for €29. A little far from public transport (2 km from Porz-Wahn station) cost €50 for a taxi from Cologne station or €3.2 and a 25 minute walk on the S Bahn.

Wonderful hotel. Spontaneous reception. Nice spacious room. Good beds. Fast WiFi. Delicious breakfast. Top organised. We would love to come back and can definitely recommend the hotel. Very good value for money. Good connection to Cologne-Bonn airport. Also great for a trip to the center of Cologne.

I was able to get to know this hotel with my family on my birthday. It is like a hidden oasis. Hardly visible from the main road - but as soon as you drive through the barrier into the inner courtyard with plenty of parking spaces, you see how beautiful it is there😍 - Quiet and yet absolutely centrally located. I invited my family there for breakfast. It was an all-round successful start to a great birthday. Because external guests are also welcome here for the breakfast buffet. Everything was fresh, cleanly arranged and really delicious. The service (especially from Ms. Conradi and Ms. Kühn) must be mentioned as being above averagely courteous and loving. And the super friendly welcome at the birthday table, organized by Mr. Wans, was an absolute highlight. Here, as a guest, you can really still feel welcome in the good old manner: the guest is king!" Unfortunately, this service approach can no longer be found in some larger hotels in the region. So here is a big compliment and a clear recommendation for Jaumann's Hotel. Better a little smaller but nicer👍🏼 We would definitely love to come back!!!! Important note: this hotel is an absolute insider tip for events; in the adjacent building - an older villa, you can celebrate or hold meetings in an exclusive atmosphere. The proximity to the airport makes this a perfect place for business or family events. The technical equipment here is also absolutely professional.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Well, that's Jaumanns. On the hunt for new hotels, we were drawn there. Basically a really chic hotel. Very modern and has everything you need. A restaurant, a kind of beer garden and a nice breakfast room. A large car park and it is really amazingly quiet. But then come the "buts"!! But... the restaurant is not open on weekends!! There was no one in the possible beer garden either. The room in the guest house was OK, it was a bit worn but bearable. But with the best will in the world, it was not 24m² of floor space. Not even if you include the closet. We booked a comfort plus room. So 24m² Roughly speaking, the main room was 4.5x3m, the bathroom 2x1.5m and the mini hallway 1.5x2m, so around 19.5 m² Generously calculated!!! The breakfast was good and the service attentive. The reception was friendly but evasive when asked about the size of the room. All in all, OK but not a repeat.

Dogs are not welcome here, they almost charge a fine. I would like to book here and see how much my dog ​​costs. The room is being offered to me for €78. A dog costs €35 extra. Of course, now comes the thing about special cleaning again. 1. In over 20 years in the catering and hotel industry, I have never seen this method. 2. Dogs shed hair, mine doesn't, it's a hairless dog. And many dogs with fur don't shed hair either. 3. Dogs make a mess. Children make more mess and are louder and more disruptive. They only cost €30 extra. 4. Dogs bring germs into the hotel. It has been proven that people with beards have more germs on them than dogs. 5. I wonder whether there is simply a completely incompetent person in management or whether they are simply looking to enrich themselves. Just write that you don't hate dogs and everything will be fine.

Great hotel, very welcoming, helpful staff! Delicious food in the restaurant, clean rooms, close to Köln-Bonn airport. Recommended, very good value for money. We will definitely come back when we are in the area or flying from Cologne.
