Based on price and star ratings, one of the better deals in Colorado Springs. Clean, nice staff, nice pool, close to a lot of things along a highway running north. A short drive over to I-25 so not too far off the path. Only problem was missing a tub drain plug, and you have to request room service if you stay multiple days. Would stay here again.

We checked in after a 10-hour day and we were greeted by Brittany at the front desk - she had a smile, was pleasant, was helpful, was knowledgeable, gave us all the information we needed (such as breakfast hours) and welcomed us with an offer to help us with whatever needed. What more could we ask for when checking in to a hotel?!!! We are Titanium level Marriott (for life) and we DO know good Marriott service! Brittany is the definition of good service. As far as the room, the hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with everything being continually replenished. It had good choices of food - with two types of fruit, yogurt, and other healthy items as well as waffles and eggs and sausage and oatmeal. We have stayed here two nights and have one to go. We wish we were staying longer!

Loved the vibe of this place and their mission! The staff were all super helpful and friendly, there are tons of spots for us digital nomads to work (some private rooms as well), a large yoga room and lots of spaces to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here last night as I just needed a place to crash for the evening and was not looking for anything special. The hotel itself is okay but quite tired and worn - some flooring lifting up, a shower unit with a floor that creaked and moved with every step, etc, but the bed seemed clean and reasonably firm. Overall it was okay for the price. But what is disappointing was that I noticed today that there is an additional $50 charge on my credit card. After calling them up they told me that this is some sort of a deposit, although as I had fully prepaid for the room and as I have already checked out I do not understand what purpose this deposit serves, nor is it clear when it will be returned. Beyond that I do not remember seeing any notice of a deposit when I made the booking. They said that there is a notice in the lobby but I did not notice it when checking in, and of course you make the booking and are stuck with that well beforehand. Not a horrible place, but nothing great, and a pain to deal with silly 'deposits' that do not seem to serve any purpose other than to cause me to have to double check later to make sure that they return it. Try another place.
