Awesome experience! The overall daylighting of the hotel is very good, people will feel bright as soon as they enter the hotel! All the details are also in place, including toiletries, bedding, catering, and the environment are great! And we must praise Ctrip! The price of this hotel on Booking is much higher than Ctrip. We stayed for two nights, and the tax-included price on the booking went to more than 7,000. However, the price of Ctrip was more than 5,000 for two nights, and the Ctrip system also reminded that if you book one day and one day separately, the price can be more favorable. Finally, we booked two nights with more than 4,000 tax-included price.

The best hotel experience for me in all of my travel. The saying you get what you paid for is so accurate. Yes, it’s pricey to stay here but boy is it worth it. This hotel is truly a paradise and oasis for your long day of traveling and hiking. First the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. There are so many activities and amenities that the guests can participate in the hotel. We did the hotel tour and interacted with the baby alpaca. Second, the room and the amenities provided in the room were so carefully throughout. The food during breakfast was great and there were varieties. But what truly make this hotel stand out for me is the staff. From the bellboy, to the front desks and the servers.. all the staff treated all the guests with care. We had an issue with our pickup at the train station (no fault of the hotel or us) but they were very apologetically about it and the staff wanted to make sure we were ok which we were. All in all., if you have the money to spend.. stay here. It was such an amazing two nights experience for my husband and I,

Very nice hotel in Cusco. Satisfaction points: The breakfast is rich and delicious; the service is warm. Dissatisfied point: I gave the wrong room type at first, and then negotiated with Ctrip and changed the room. There are two things that make people angry: one is that the front desk is not trained enough and is not familiar with the two categories of hotel room types; the other is that after pointing out that the room type was wrong, they did not admit that they gave a room type that was one grade worse, but quibbled about the same room type. The layout and area of the next room will be different. Lie gave the category we booked at the beginning. This unethical act of lying to pass the buck makes this hotel untrustworthy. The bathroom is a bath tub, which is very small and the water from the shower is easy to spill. Toiletries are also average.

It was a perfect stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and the beds very comfortable. The stuff was always very helpful, offer us a doctor and gave us good tips when we feel bad about the high. They brought our dirty clothes to a laundry and mad breakfast every day. The few was great and the b&b was close to the center but very quiet as well. I can highly recommend that place.

Very nice old style hotel in historic Cusco that has a beautiful courtyard and layout. Location: Few minutes walking from Plaza De Armas so it’s great to explore the city and close to all dinning and shopping. It’s located on a street that’s accessible by car so if you arrive by Taxi you don’t have to walk with your luggage. Room: Spacious, comfy with a small and clean bathroom. Breakfast: we didn’t get to have breakfast at the property since we had to leave early for excursions everyday, but they pack small to-go breakfast bag that you have to request the night before. Staff: very nice and welcoming staff who are very helpful and happily give recommendations for things to do/ dining.

We had a very good experience! We could check in late in the evening. The rooms are well decorated, have very comfortable beds, a warm shower, and a small heater when needed (Cusco can be cold in the night!). There is a basic breakfast included. The view from the breakfast room is just stunning!! The view alone is already worth the stay (: The location is central: 5 minutes walking to the main plaza and all the restaurants. Lastly, the staff was very helpful. They gave us good tips for the environment, and informed about our pick up times for the tours we did (like rainbow mountain, we were picked up at 4.00 am). They got up early in the morning and called us when the pick up was there. They were highly trustworthy. Conclusion: a comfortable stay in the city center, with a beautiful view & nice people included! We can definitely recommend a stay here

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. I really loved my stay here! I stayed with my family of 4 we booked two rooms on the 2nd floor a matrimonial superior and double superior. Everything was so clean, and modern you can request a heater in the room if you need it. There is also hot water in each room which worked perfectly, the beds were so comfortable and the sheets smelled like clean linen. In quality this hotel gets a 10/10. Breakfast was very delicious the options are small but enough. The service is very attentive there is always a nice lady asking in the morning how you would like your eggs cooked. I would only recommend having the option of giving 2 eggs instead of just one egg per person. Other than that everything else was amazing. The front desk service was amazing. Edwin and the nice blonde lady were so kind to us. They adviced us where to go and eat and were always attentive 24hours. I would surely come here again! My first experience in Cusco and surely not my last! Also it is only a 10 minute walk to the main square Plaza de Armas. Its very central but not loud at all. There are restaurants, bars, drug stores and even tiny supermarkets near by. The Location is perfect.
