Comfort Inn & Suites Syracuse-Carrier Circle
3.7/563 Reviews
The hotel is not far from the high-speed exit, clean and convenient, the rooms are large and quiet, there is a McDonald’s next to the hotel, those who return late do not have to worry about going out to find something to eat, it is recommended
SpringHill Suites Syracuse Carrier Circle

Mary, the Associate General Manager was exceptionally friendly upon check in after a very long drive and a late night arrival Common areas are clean and well designed, which is a nice trait of Spring Hill Suites. Rooms, weirdly less so. Clean which is nice, but the room layout was weird with double the closet space than what's needed. the TV in the small space between the bedroom area and sitting area (across from the wall between the secitons-hard to explain). Overall layout in room felt dated (relatively speaking) and there was wear in the room (carpets and sofa), which is also weird since i thought they just redid the hotel. Breakfast was great. Having been staying in a lot of hotels during COVID with the bagged breakfast of a pre-packaged muffin or danish, red delicious apple, and cheap juice. They were much better. Yogurt and better quality juice provided. Stay here again? Sure, great stop over between midwest and east coast. Stay here and want to visit Syracuse...maybe closer options to downtown, but this is nice and clean and friendly

We stayed because my son was wrestling at OCC for the states we received 3rd and he went 3-0 for the day it was awesome.Thank you for the accommodations. We would recommend this hotel again, easy on and off the highway.
Days Inn by Wyndham Syracuse

The location and price for great the receptionist was even helpful when we had trouble with the key cards. However, there is absolutely no hygiene in that hotel the hallway smelled like sewer, and there were dead flies, just laying on the windowsill of the hallway window. The doors had looked as if someone had broken into them before dents on the locks. When you actually get inside the room, you were in into more problems in terms of the sink, being rusted with paint chipping off and in the bathroom, the shower had yellow stains and hairs all over it, despite the room having been cleaned. The room had like 4 outlets and only 2 of them worked. The bed was fine just had some minor stains on the bed head. Overall if cleanliness is important to you. I do not recommend this hotel.
Red Roof Inn Syracuse

We chose this hotel because most places were just too expensive for visiting the NY State Fair and we stayed at Red Roof Inn before. The drawbacks: Rooms need renovation-ceiling in our room was falling apart. Second: Housekeeping needs improvement. You have to coordinate things so the room gets cleaned. If not you are out of luck. And if you are not ready you ”inconvenience” them. I was told this and to me this was inappropriate. On the plus side it is in a great location but Carrier Circle is difficult to maneuver. You have to pay close attention to the signs. Would I stay here again? Not for awhile.
