Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights in August for the end of October stay and contacted the hotel directly a week before arrival to arrange for a late check in. Note: This was not sold as a cheap hotel (almost $800). Do not believe any of the online photos! Upon arrival, the Desk Clerk first said that they did not have a reservation for us. When I gave them a copy of my confirmation, they said that what they meant was that they did not have 2 rooms together. It was late and we were tired. Both rooms had a 2nd mattress on the floor (unrequested) with all the furniture shoved to one wall to make room. My kids’ room had what appeared to be blood stains on the walls and drapes, and filthy sheets. When the sheets were removed, the mattress also had blood stains. The floor in my room was filthy and the previous occupant had left personal items out in the open (hair bands, small toys, trash). Housekeeping could not have missed these items. The Night Desk Clerk was not surprised or concerned by the condition of our rooms and said that nothing could be done because the housekeeping was gone. We were unsuccessful in finding another hotel with rooms in the area. We asked for clean sheets, a broom/mop, and cleaning supplies but only got a broom. Around midnight we were able to get a set of clean sheets that were the wrong size for all of the mattresses. The four of us spent the few hours left of the night feeling very unsafe and unclean. We were lucky to find rooms at another hotel in the morning and went to check out (before 11am). The Day Desk Clerk/Manager yelled that the policy, IF there was a problem, is that we must give them a chance to move us (not what the Night Clerk said and not on my 5-page confirmation email), but the only rooms available were at a hotel in Centennial (20 miles) and we had to pay for the taxi. Then she said that she would not arrange for us to go there because we would probably just complain to them, too. She was not surprised or concerned about the condition of our rooms. She had a very loud and profane rant before finally saying that because of the circumstances, she would check the policy to see if she could cancel the remainder of our 2 rooms-3 nights reservation, but she was too busy to do it now. When we asked, “what is a reasonable amount of time for us to wait to hear from her”, she completely lost it, screaming that she did not have time for this 5%#t, and walked away. We stepped out of the lobby to wait for a taxi (very cold). She never contacted us.

The front desk was helpful enough. Be aware this hotel doubles as a refuge camp and homeless shelter. They got warm breakfast and we got burritos from the front desk although they didn't have them on time so we didn't actually get them. Monday morning, the bus came to take them to registration. Overall, not a great stay. Won't be back.

I stayed in this hotel July 14 – 16. The hotel is old, seedy and outdated but that was not a problem. The problem was it was dirty, air condition did not work (although it made terrible noise) and we had 80 - 84 F (27 Celsius) in the room all the time, and, worst of all, there were bed bugs that bit us hard. And one night in that hotel costed almost 200 USD! We could probably survive the hotel being dirty and lack of air condition, but bed bugs was too much! Unfortunately the marks appeared only after 10 - 12 hours and we had no chance at the time to find another hotel to spend the second night (there was Taylor Swift concert in town) . When we complained to the reception we were offered a new sheet and nothing else. The guy in the reception told us the manger is not there and will be the next day. The next day we asked for manager one more time and again the manager was not there. I have asked several times that a manager contact me ASAP and I have left both my e-mail and my telephone number. When nobody contacted me I sent a message via *********** but did not receive any answer. This is the first time I have experienced such lack of respect for customers in US. We have spent $50 to buy medicines to treat bed bug bites and my wife still has marks after two weeks. As bed bugs transmit diseases, we hope we did not get any, because trea**ent costs could be very high. From now on, I will avoid all Quality Inns, just in case.

The room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and when I notified the staff they told me to open a window and didn't offer anything more. The floors were so dirty our feet turned black. I let the staff know, they said they would clean the room. They re-made the bed but did not sweep or mop, we wore shoes in the room the rest of the time. The door was missing the door sweep at the bottom and was replaced with a piece of blue painters tape. I found multiple spiders in the room. One night we were asleep and I was woken by someone trying to get into our room. My husband had to get up and yell for them to go away, I did not feel safe. This is the worst stay I have ever had in my life. If Taylor wasn't in town and every room filled I would have left for a different hotel. I am so dissatisfied with my stay I cannot express enough how disappointed, disgusted, and unsafe I felt. This place needs to be demolished and rebuild with a nice place

A/C was broken for first 24 hours. Would not make any concessions except they we’re working on it. Brought in a unit and it blew up. Pool is covered and hasn’t been functional for a while. Housekeeping never touched my room Room itself was mostly clean no carpet desk and chair austere but serviceable. Microwave and fridge worked

Got to our hotel room around 11 pm and found a bedbug crawling across our pillow. Called the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything until the morning, but someone would come inspect the room as soon as the shifts changed. (Didn't feel comfortable sleeping in our car as two young females and couldn't book a hotel anywhere else for the night at that point). No one came to inspect the room in the morning, I called three times and they were similarly dismissive and kept saying they would send someone up to inspect. On the third phone call, they finally told us two hours later that they needed us fully checked out of the room to inspect. So we came to the front desk to check out and talk about the bugs, and the lady at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and told us that the bug was just a beetle and if we hadn't been bitten, then there couldn't be bed bugs. But she said that she would follow up with us in a few hours by phone after their bug inspection. No one ever called us and I had to call the hotel at 6 pm to follow up. The hotel staff said that their bug inspector confirmed no bed bugs so there was nothing I could do but run my clothes through a hot dryer if I was still worried. I attached the picture here so you can at least see what "beetles" you might encounter before staying here--but I would save the hassle and stay somewhere else. We were in room 211Q.

The hotel is not in the same condition as the pictures reflect. We walked in the front door and the floors were dirty, the bar/dining area looked nothing as expected. It was setup with immigrants/refugee paperwork/assistance. There were only tables/booths lining the outside of the room with no tables or chairs in the middle of room or at bar area. There were minimum snacks to purchase. We stepped outside to sit and the chairs were nasty, cigarette butts on the ground, didn't look like it had been swept in quite sometime. The outside was extremely run down compared to pictures. We did not check in due to the conditions of the area.

Staff at front desk good. Also the location and free parking. However the hotel is currently hosting immigrant's. They are very noisy at night. The hotel is rundown and needs refurbishment. You have to line up for breakfast like a refugee. The whole a**osphere hear feels depressing.
