Absolutely beyond my expectations! The staff were so nice! We had come from a desert camping trip and they let us check in at 8am without any question, which we were so grateful for. The shower was good and the bed was soft and comfortable. This is a huge change from our previous hotel in the moon crescent area (also ”5” star). Breakfast was plentiful and had options for all. They delivered yoghurt to the rooms in the afternoon. The location is great. It took 10 minutes to walk to the night market and mall. Overall, I would book this hotel over and over again! Fabulous! Thanks for a great stay!

This is a real review. The hotel is one of the most popular hotels in Dunhuang. When it comes to service, there is one thing to say, which is very good. The security guard at the door took the initiative to carry luggage after seeing it. The lady at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. She wiped her hands with towels before sending tea when she entered the hotel; it is worth mentioning that the front desk saw me alone and took the initiative to upgrade the double bed room for me. The room has a humidifier. Refrigerators and safes are particularly complete. At night, the waiter is very considerate to bring the footbath, and you can soak your feet when you return to the room. The hygiene is cleaned in time and is very clean. The heating and hot water in the rooms are very good, and the service staff are polite and patient. These are real advantages. The transportation is convenient, and you can get a taxi when you go out (the lady at the front desk will help you to call a taxi), and there is a free underground parking lot. Friends who drive are not afraid of parking inconvenience. You can eat, drink and have fun near the hotel. I have recommended it to my colleagues, and I will choose Wansheng next time I come to Dunhuang.

I booked a boutique room online for two days and upgraded to a deluxe room with breakfast. Manager Yan at the front desk carefully arranged a Chinese and Western breakfast to make us foreign guests feel the warmth of home. I purchased tickets for the Dunhuang Again show in the evening and also received pick-up and drop-off services. It was cost-effective and all my requests were answered. The bed was very comfortable and the bath water was big and hot. So I stayed for two more days. The housekeeping department went overboard on the day when cleaning was neglected, and was very considerate in sending water and needlework. There is bus No. 3 right outside the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to Mingsha Mountain. Within walking distance to Dunhuang Night Market. I will choose this hotel again in the future.
