Hotel was very good I enjoyed staying there staff
When I check in was very good girl I forget her name she told me name of the beautiful village Xuanen where there is a night market . Location was OK

Although the hotel can park for free, the parking lot is shared with the commercial area. Parking is a headache. I can’t get a parking space at all during peak hours. I haven’t seen anything worse than this one earlier. The commercial area is more convenient for eating and shopping.

房間設施和價錢不匹配，房間裏每一樣東西都看起來快壞了，等着一個倒黴蛋接手，窗户那個地方沒辦法自己支撐着，問前台，説是最後一間房，隔音不好，一直能聽到隔壁的聲音洗浴的地方很小，馬桶🚽那裡衹能側着坐下去，門口全是水窪，打車也不好找

房間其他都很好，但是我一個主題套房，衞生間上個廁所面壁思過是怎麼回事？外面70平米，看起來很大氣，洗澡上廁所的地方小的我都不想吐槽。。。退房的時候，等了前台起碼15分種，前台上廁所去了，導致我們景區進門差點沒趕上最後一波。。。

真的很無語，酒店太差了。空調早不修晚不修，五一勞動節開始整體維修，酒店前台辦理入住時也沒有主動告知這個情況，晚上酒店又悶又熱，還不透氣，打電話問前台，前台説酒店空調維護，全部都停了。也沒有給出任何解決方案，就讓我們熱着吧，忍忍吧。艱難度過一晚上之後，早上起來停水，哈哈，絕了。停水也沒有任何告知，水龍頭衹能放出滾燙的熱水，且熱水裡充滿着垃圾沉澱。打電話問前台，前台説是半夜知道要停水的，也沒有任何告知，提示。太差了太差了，真的太差了。誰來誰上當。酒店停車場也很繞，非常難找，停車場臟亂差，酒店環境也不好，非常不愉快的入住
