Room size is average, blanket and bedsheet is not in proper condition also shower is not working properly during 3 days, today it’s get repaired, staff is quite helpful, breakfast spread is not up to the mark, reception person is quite generous.

Hotel does not meets the expectation. Not worth it to pay 5000 per day. You can find many hotels better than this in 2500

The hotel location was good, facilities were o key and staff also god. Only one draw back, the maintenance of washroom inside the rooms were not good. The bathroom tube was clogged, wash basin was leaking and the toilet flush was overflowing. Even after the report, the staff were not attending regularly the problmes

Room cleaning as well as bed sheets cleaning to be improved. Ac is not working well, getting switched off after mid night. Need to improve

Location wise, this a at a convenient location (mall road, cant area) and all well known hotel are around. However, i was disappointed with the properly's house keeping and services. Need way lot improvements right from timely services to quality of service. My room was not as shown in the image, at least not so tidy, bath towels are not clean white, nor the tubs. They don't provide water more than a liter (even if you are four guest) i had to request for it and then i got an additional liter of kinley. I did not taste the food here but nothing to regret about. There are so many mosquitos around and the sliding windows have lot's of space to let them in to your room. Finally, they had also charged my for a breakfast bill which i had not availed and have to spend time to convey this error at their end. All in all, there certainly are better options to look for at this price point.
