I stayed at this hotel on my first solo trip to Italy.
The phone number on this website is probably not working, so if you want to call the shuttle bus, it's better to go to this hotel's website.
The shuttle bus arrives in front of exit 5 at Malpensa Airport T1.
I think it's a system where you have to call before they'll come. They ask for your name and the number of people in Italian on the phone.
It costs 5 euros per person to ride, and the payment was charged when you checked in at the hotel.
The hotel is very clean, and the view from the window is not bad.
There are USB ports everywhere, so even if you forget your European C-type socket adapter, you can still use your smartphone.
There was a very powerful hair dryer!
There was a bottle of water and a coffee maker, so you can make coffee and tea. There was also milk and sugar.
The only disappoin**ent was that the phone service was mostly in Italian.
Also, I don't know if this is the case in all rooms, but the bed is surprisingly high, so people with weak legs or injuries may need to be a little careful.
The pillows were fluffy and great! (There were plenty of pillows)
Please note that the signal is terrible, so you can only use the hotel's Wi-Fi.

Everything perfect, truly excellent hotel near Malpensa. Downside note, the quality of the food at the restaurant needs to be improved. However very friendly staff.

It's just a stone's throw from the airport. Although Google Maps shows that you can walk there, you actually have to walk on the elevated road, which is totally unfeasible. The hotel is very new and high-tech. We arrived at midnight and there were enthusiastic staff at the front desk to arrange check-in. You can book a hotel car to take you to the airport for 5 euros per person.

Close to the airport, but you can't walk there. There is a shttle bus, 5 euros per person, but there are fewer seats, so you need to make a reservation in the morning. The hotel is very new, with a nice view outside the window, lawns and snow-capped mountains
