Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs wonder if they even change sheets. This should not happen if they are washed thoroughly after each guest vacates. Even the most basic of breakfast was atrocious, juice machines were basically just water. The place was just dated, water stains and mold on bathroom ceilings, broken drains. The owner of this facility obviously is not concerned with upkeep. I don’t like to leave reviews like this but I would have been better off sleeping in my truck.

We stayed here in July and the hot tub was broken. 6 months later it is still broken. Pretty disappointing. The only indoor pool on town as far as i know.

This location needed major bathroom maintenance and had roaches (live/dead) in the room. One roach was found in the bed.

It was a nice stay only thing that my granddaughters were looking forward to the indoor pool but it was too cold to get in. And unfortunately their hot tub wasn’t working either.

I would like to especially thank Joshua. He happened to be in the hallway when I came off the elevator and asked what room I was going to and went ahead and opened the door for me then went and got some ice for me and took my luggage cart back downstairs. Joshua went way above the term great service. I will definitely be staying here when I'm in town.

We chose this hotel because it’s close to where family lives-4 hour drive from home. We were looking forward to the indoor, heated pool but it was too cold and the hot tub was the same temperature and the jacuzzi dial didn’t work.
