Rooms smell. Shower had no cold water could not take shower both of us Overall don’t recommend staying there.

I loved it here! Absolutely wonderful staff! I would stay here again!

It was a little trouble when trying to book in but they made accommodations and didn’t stop trying I will rebook

The room was not in good shape. The cleanliness of the room was horrid. The state of the room was dismal. The walls were rotting. The bathroom was dirty and rusty. The room did not even have an iron and I had to leave my ID as collateral so I would give the iron and board back. This was one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Motel 6 was a lot better back in the day but the fall from grace has been hard.

Hotel was dirty with trash and messes in the parking area and on the walkways in front of window. Tub was dirty and floors unswept. Window was smeared with something white.

The first room had a smoke alarm that did not have a battery, so it was chirping. The door had to be pulled up in order to close fully, both of which are big safety hazards. I voiced my concerns on these with the check in attendant, and she told me how to get the door to close and after an hour brought a 9v battery. This room also had an air conditioning unit that did not work very well. Both rooms that we stayed in had filthy bathrooms with dirt, mold, rust, and small bugs. I do not recommend staying here until the property can improve these conditions.

The doors were locked during business hours. One of your employees hand written a note saying they’ll be back by 3pm while still inside on the phone ignoring the line of customers waiting in line. Terrible customer service with a lazy attitude dealing with customers

This place is long term stay for workers and there family’s. Very pet friendly to not so friendly pets. It also has a bug problem. We requested a refund and went to a new hotel! I do not recommended this please!
