此次散心随机选择福州九峰村的云水涧
这家民宿位于一个宁静的山村里；周围环境优美，让人远离城市的喧嚣和压力。民宿整体有八间房，此次入住的是“高山”配备有一个阳台可观远山近湖。了解到那每间房都是有茶具的噢～ 这点非常的让顾客很满意（至少我是这样的❤️）
因临近了春节的缘故山上的饭店没有开，那名宿会提供住客可以自行进行烹饪，氛围是挺好的！有一说一名宿小哥做饭是挺不错的，这次家常菜三菜一汤搭配得很合理，真的是要夸赞一下会做饭的男人很棒为人也特别的友善呢～
民宿旁边是家“平常小楼”；属于挖掘了意外！！品质还是非常的OK的性价比高。无日不咖啡的人，简直是一个解救，面包也巨巨好吃，基本每一款都吃了呢！！也推荐去探店，现在新年氛围感也是极佳的，据说小楼还要开到市区呢
最后最后的总结：这家民宿的整体感觉非常满意。从预订到离开，每个细节都处理得井井有条。特别是他们的服务人员，态度热情又专业，让我感到宾至如归。下次我还会选择❤️❤️

本來想泡浴缸，一看浴缸就是上個客人用完後，直接放完水就不管了。浴缸四角全是發乾的死皮泥垢沉澱物。民宿就一個院子晚上很安靜。但隔音效果很差，所以稍微一點聲響每間屋都聽得見。遇到沒素質的客人半夜用音箱放歌還大喊大叫。真是被吵的一點辦法都沒有。然後完全沒有服務概念。行李一大堆看見也沒説幫忙搭把手的。最後確實是我們原因把2點入住看成2點退房。1點打掃衞生的阿姨敲門讓我們趕緊退房。那個表情和語氣完全沒有這個行業培訓過的素質。估計就是老闆自家親戚搭夥幹活。我們延遲了完全可以補費用！就不能好好説話嗎？就打算做一次性生意？特別是走的時候路過前台那個阿姨噘嘴翻眼睛一臉怨相看着我。跟欠她很多錢一樣，真無語。

一家寶藏民宿，園區超大超好逛，如果討厭人多可以錯峯出行週中過來有一種全包下來的感覺！
我訂的蛇袍房間，房間面積很大有茶台還有投影很舒服，衹是這個房間不向陽，不過也很好，性價比還是很高。
下次帶朋友一起來，人多燒烤也不錯，或者考慮來這裏團建。

近年來第一次差評。説實話，糟點太多，不知從何寫起。
圖一是房型“蛇袍”的床底，灰塵，棉絮，另外還有塑料袋。作為一間2022年剛開業的民宿，衞生狀況和設施維護都很差。部分設施開始生銹，“杜林”的門需要很重才能關的上。
圖二是大堂穿梭到客房的休閑區域。一氣大眾兩個贈品傘可以收起來嗎？放在那裡煞風景的意義是什麼？
酒店的環境和園林，看出來是用了心的。唯一的4分給環境。
服務？那是0！民宿一共4個服務人員。園林大叔，做衞生大姐，前台小妹，後勤小哥。園林大叔是這四個人裏服務主動性最強的。做衞生的大姐還需要兼顧做早餐，這裏再説下早餐，第一次遇見要9點才有早餐吃的，早餐是現煮粉幹，水平差不多小學生煮的。公共區域桌上一些橘子皮垃圾，第二天才有人清走。
民宿這個行業，是需要熱愛的。作為客人，我感受不到任何温度。服務人員是需要培訓的。不是隨便請個人往那一放就可以。

酒店在九峯村外圍一點，從一座小橋上過，一片獨立場所，比較安靜。門口有試驗稻田，池塘，草地，酒店有桌球，遊戲機，茶室等。早餐比較簡單，但可以免費提供簡單的廚具使用。二樓的房間都很有特色，非常適合親子游。忘記拍照了。
