There is no view and this hotel is located in residential area opposite to a bungalow. In Al carte they serve items left from buffet ( I ordered Upma and they gave the same one from buffet). They charge for extra bed but give you a cotton mattress in return. This cotton mattress is also in band condition.

Best place for a quiet and leisure yet affordable weekend This resort offers you almost everything that you may wish for in a great weekend! The ambience, the serenity, the rooms, the facilities, everything was excellent! You will get pool facing spacious and clean rooms with hot shower all day, clean washrooms, towels, a TV, mini-fridge, and cutlery with tea /coffee options. There are seating space available around the pool to spend time. In house restaurant available for guests who do not wish to go out for meals. Play room available with options like TT, Carrom and chess which was maintained pretty well. Located at a quiet place away from the city makes it an attractive pick for most, and sunset point is just 15 mins walk away, what more can you ask for?! Overall it was a great choice, friendly staff and services.

Had early check-in and one hour late check out at Arya Resort. Three star family resort . Away from the city chaos. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice restaurant serving tasty meals.. Enjoyed our memorable stay. Just one word excellent The staff was very helpful. Foods is excellent Rooms were clean and hygenic. Games room was very well maintained.Swimming pool was clean.Most important thing is it is very easing accesible

Excellent Place worth to visit there are Duplex Cottages with Swimming pool and a big lawns Yummy Food Thanks Dinesh for all your support during our Visit In Mahableshwar.....The staff also are very helpful overall it was a superb Trip.....

Truly Amazing place. Me and my family visited mahabaleshwar in the month of January and we found Arya Resort and Spa one of the best place to relax with a family. They have amazing wooden duplex cottages which is ideally good for a family and friends. Open lawn and swimming pool just in front off our cottage. Food is Delicious. We definitely visit again. Thank you Team Arya.

Delicious Food. Great hospitality. We choose wooden duplex cottages which just next to the swimming pool and a open lawn. Rooms are neat and clean. Pool was amazing. Night kareoke with open garden pool side dinner made our day. Totally recommended. Go for it guys.

We enjoyed our stay at Arya resort and spa. Nice place to stay if you happen to visit mahabaleshwar. They have a garden swimming pool games and evening kareoke music in lawn which is just amazing. Food was also delicious. Totally recommended.
