設施感覺很新很舒服基本配備ok，咖啡是Nespresso 可以啊！不過沒有冰箱，入住那天房間沒有瓶裝水不知道是不是忘記放了，然後電視還蠻清晰的，就是可惜投屏沒成功！不然晚上配個Netflix 也不錯👌
房間價格可以含早餐 中規中矩保溫箱那種再高級一些（綠色蔬果汁很好喝不會太甜加了些分數！） 最後一個很貼心的地方，因為我們只住了一天，雖然第二天11點前需要退房，但飯店很體貼，可以幫客戶寄存行李，所以來玩的寶貝們最後一天如果不急著走，還能輕裝旅行一天很舒服
說真的題外話這是姐第二次在亡靈節後遊墨城及周邊，除了交通相對其他時間便宜外，還帶有亡靈節的元素真心蠻推的

酒店地理位置不在城中C位
離聖母大教堂20分鐘步行距離
CI的時候給的是327號房間
是內置窗
和前台交涉 説衹剩了大床房
問題是樓上就是整個酒店空調的外機置放處
嗡嗡嗡嗡不能忍
再次交涉換到317才清凈
明明有雙床房空置的嘛
酒店有免費打印 去機場前一定記得打好值機牌

攜程導航不準，瓜納華託是單行道，繞了三圈浪費了三刻鐘，才問路人找到。酒店就是精品酒店，前台小姐熱情，早餐點餐量不能滿足。距索道步行約16分鐘。

服務很好，然後酒店的Wi-Fi壞了，酒店衹是向我道歉，我不得不為此多花錢購買移動網絡。我提出了賠償要求，經理給了我免費的早餐

房間環境，前台服務都OK，餐廳服務太差，早餐可選少，不要買帶早餐的選項，完全不值。
唯一的好處是有自帶停車場。
