During my stay at the Ritz Carlton, I was deeply impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. However, I would not recommend the afternoon tea at the hotel. I noticed that several flies were buzzing around my tea set. I gonna say that was horrifying.

I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Later, when the flight was delayed, he was also very nice to help me check out later. There was service everywhere, and the hotel was super beautiful, very photogenic, and the room was large, with a super high cost performance! I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Conrad in Guangzhou before, and this one is the best!

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in while in china. My wife and I already live in Guangzhou so we only went for a staycation but we were blown away by the room. The size of the room and the view from our window. We stayed on the 50th floor and I must say it was breathtaking. There were a few minor complaints, firstly the AC in the room wasn’t the best. So we found our self’s overheating a little during the night but it wasn’t unbearable. Second overall the staff were very nice and friendly but there was one lifeguard at the outside pool that was a little rude when we forgot to bring a swim hat to the pool. The breakfast too was a little overpriced for what it was and there are definitely better options outside the hotel Other than these complaints I can see why this is one of the best hotels in city and I would recommend this to anyone who can fit the price range.

Jumeirah Residence is the best experience I have ever experienced in an apartment. The furniture is all new, the kitchen and refrigerator are clean, and there is no greasiness from repeated use. The sugar water delivered every night is also delicious. The lady at the front desk was also very considerate and arranged the same room for me when I checked in the next day after checking out. The Burj Al Arab brand name lives up to its name. Nothing wrong with the hotel except that the water in the hotel's indoor swimming pool is a bit cold.

I had my second stay in this hotel . Room Executive suite ! View canton tower side its stunning, position is great very convenient and connected to the mall and many restaurants near by. Hotel is clean and nice , breakfast is good . Hotel has a wonderful position in the middle of the park with pedestrian road that leads to the tower. The view from the room is magnificent, but I personally do not like the room displacement of Hyatt. It tries to be contemporary, but it ends up to be uncomfortable. The breakfast is very rich and the food quality is top. Pool at the 24th floor is also enjoyable.

I was a solo traveler so the main problem for me was plenty running screaming children in the hallway. The door to my room didn’t block all the noise from the outside so I could hear those children running and yelling most all the time. I understand maybe this hotel is a family friendly one but at least try to give some quiet space for travelers without kids. The room was clean and nice, the view from the room was amazing because of the location. The breakfast is nice as well not mentioning the same running children in the restaurant which could cause to some unpleasant accidents.

She did not scold her, and the pillows, quilts, toilets, floors, etc. were all clean. . The wardrobe in the room is difficult to push open. It cannot be pushed open at all on the left side and can only be opened halfway to the right side. The curtains in the living room block 70% of the light. If you like total darkness, go for it! There is no plug or hairdryer in the toilet, and the only mirror in the house is in the toilet, which is really inconvenient. Three days and two nights, I saw mini cockroaches on the dining table in the living room on the first day and on the tiles in the toilet on the last day.
