My gut told me that this place was too good to be true because the value was so good compared to everyone else nearby. I should have trusted my gut because it was very dirty and had cockroaches, mosquitoes and white flies in the room. Also the AC began dripping after 20min use.

Lovely hotel with very friendly reception. We got fresh orange juice every morning to bring to our room which was cheap and tasty!
The view from the balcony was amazing and the bed was lovely.
The shower was lovely but the bathroom had no vent, so the combination of the heat in the bathroom and a diet of kebabs wasn't ideal.
The hotel was very close to all the local bars and restaurants which was perfect in the evening, but there was noise throughout the whole night (not the fault of the hotel of course, just far too many unregulated clubs).
Make sure to mind yourself walking down the hills to the seafront and make use of very cheap taxis which are affordable and plentiful.

We enjoyed our suite with sea view in exen hotel. The room size was good, the price was amazing and the breakfast was on the roof. the staff were so friendly and helpful. just about the cleanliness, it could be cleaner, specially corners of rooms and the bathroom were not clean.

Probablement le pire hôtel que j'ai réservée dans ma vie. 115€ pour une chambre aussi vieille. Le bruit dans la chambre était insupportable, aucune isolation, on entendais tout à 3-4-5h du matin c'était horrible. Les gens passaient devant la chambre et on entends TOUT. Dommage que nous pouvons pas mettre de vidéo. Il y a deux transats très sales pour tout l'hôtel, des taches de sang dans les coins de la chambre. Et pour couronner le tout, il n'y a pas de femme de ménage qui nettoie la chambre chaque jour. Ils appellent ça un « room service ». Donc elle est venue nettover pendant 5 minutes quand on a demandé, elle a juste mis des nouveaux essuies (w). Vraiment à pas faire, La chambre était au début de l'entrée donc tout le monde est passé devant. Un bruit horrible, Pas de lumière dans la chambre, la partie principale. Sans parler de l'odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain qui se dégage dans toute la chambre. Nous sommes parties avant la fin du séjour pour dire à quel point c'était horrible.

Отличный вариант за свои деньги. Номера не большие, но всё необходимое есть (холодильник, чайник, чайные принадлежности, тв, фен, сейф и т.д.). Балкон с видом на море (в зависимости от этажа). А самое главное что всё это новое и чистое! Парни на ресепшн готовы помочь незамедлительно. Всегда помогут с парковкой, и если надо сделают это сами, за вас. Отдельное спасибо Оксане ,всегда проконсультирует, поможет и расскажет. Рекомендую!

Les personnes tenant l’hôtel sont exceptionnelles il nous on rendu notre séjour au top. Conseils etc . L’hôtel est super bien situé, les chambres sont hyper propres et très spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner tellement parfait! Nous voyageons énormément cette hôtel est vraiment parfait !
