Near to Citizens square, near with mrt (best way through chenxing road walk down 500m, though not much shops around like street foods. Had a little problem that I booked 2 beds in a room, air conditioner is not cold enough, we asked to change then they gave us at another floor of the same 2 beds, the ac smelled cigarette. So we asked to change again, they said the 2 beds room we choose is kinda like that. So we decided to pick a queen bed size, then they gave us the queen bedroom, this room is impressive so far. It is recommended to check the room first when check in. Bed sheets are clean so far. Breakfast is just so so, 2 days same food buffet served, but the view is great there!

The hotel's children's playground is not big, and there are only a few people there during the Spring Festival, just enough for fun. The hotel is a 300-meter walk directly to Line 1. It is very convenient to go everywhere, especially the West Lake (due to traffic restrictions in the scenic area, self-driving vehicles cannot enter). The hotel is located in a very nice area. The family suite is nice as it has a large fridge and a washer/dryer. I feel that the place is a bit outdated as the bathtub has these brown stains and the pull down curtains didn’t work in the master bathroom. The floors felt grimy and there was dust in the corners of the rooms. One of the rooms was also missing a blanket , but we called housekeeping for it. The cleanliness can definitely be improved as the space is nice.

Great experience, third time staying at the Azure and the standards still remains high. Quick check in and the room was clean and spacious. The River view was amazing despite the fog. The room service cleaning lady who helped us with some amenities was so cheerful and very kind. She definitely deserve praises (UNA ZHAO).The panorama resturant still remains the best fine dining spot in HZ. Our butler (Leon) was also cheerful and made the diner experience more pleasant. The À La Carte menu has a lot of great meals to choose from. Also the breakfast selection has a lot to choose from, great value for money. Only 1 disappointment the main Jacuzzi is still not functioning, though one can still use the ones in either men’s or women’s changing room. Definitely coming back!!!
