I really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely book this hotel again. They have an ok pool on the third floor, and a pretty good gym for a hotel. The biggest problem is that the gym and pool are probably run by different companies so they didn’t provide towels, they didn’t provide water, the locker room for the gym isn’t really that clean. BUT! I liked having a gym + pool, it’s not that bad for the hotels pricing. The hotel itself is a bit old, the bathroom is really old! But staff was helpful, they had the robot service for when I ordered 外卖.

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

Only 1 lift in the hotel. Some room are location very far away from the lift. Old facilities inside the room. Poor maintenance. Room make up upon request with the front desk, but they only clean the room bedsheets did not change.. front desk is nice and very helpful. A big group stay during my check in time, breakfast finished but some did not refill. Breakfast time is from 730 until 930, i reached at 8am most of the food is finished, refill later but only a part of it.

I basically live in this hotel when I go to Hangzhou, with good facilities and good service attitude. The best is the restaurant, which is cheaper than the outside restaurant and tastes great. Recommend Xihucuyu, it tastes better than many big restaurants. The hotel is not far from Hefang Street and West Lake, it is only a 20-minute walk away. The parking space is tight during meal time, and there is still enough parking space for meals.

Facilities: It feels new and clean Service: I really like the robot food delivery. I think it’s cute when talking. It was nice for the price. Right next to a night market and lots of food. My room was on the 5th floor and it was quite loud late at night and in the early morning. My friends staying on the 9th floor had no such issues. So if you can, I’d ask for a higher floor. Overall, good experience 👍🏻 The hot water and the water pressure was great.

Students who have requirements for quietness and hygiene are advised not to step into the trap. I told them before I checked in that I needed quiet to catch up on some sleep. If it wasn't quiet, I chose not to check in in advance. The front desk said it must be quiet, but at 6 o'clock the next day, people started smashing walls and cementing outside, and the headboard of the bed was vibrating. Moreover: the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was stained by the previous customer and was sticky. The cleaning staff didn't even wash the bottle. The wall was still soapy after being rinsed with water. We originally booked two nights, but decisively gave up on the second night. I listened to two recordings from the front desk, but the front desk didn't even apologize.

The room is very nice, I really like it. The sister in the room is really considerate. Her pants were accidentally scratched when she was traveling. One sister in the room asked for a sewing bag, but she was very enthusiastic and helped me sew the clothes directly. It was really considerate. Although she traveled far away from home, this hotel felt very family like and left a deep impression on me. I don't know the name of this sister, but I still want to say thank you, I am also very grateful to Anding Luyaduo for cultivating such a service staff. I don’t know about the consumption in Hangzhou. Maybe the location of the hospital is more than 300 prices. I can’t live in a normal room. I should book other homes that are more expensive. I don’t know if I can check out after I check in. I think I can stay for one night, so although I was disappointed to see the room, I also stayed. But when I was busy in the hospital for a day and came back to bed, I found that the mattress was even worse... It was not good to describe it. In short, I watched such a big door gap this night, and I fell asleep on the mattress. I was worried that I didn't fall asleep all night. I sincerely hope that the store can improve the living environment, and I believe that the price is higher and the customers are willing.

I chose a female quadruple room, the accommodation conditions are good, but the first floor is a bit trendy, the toilet and the bath are separated. The accommodation space is relatively adequate. There is a laundry room on the second floor and a balcony on the third floor to dry clothes. There is a squat toilet on the balcony on the third floor for public health) (you can also use it if you need it, most of which are used by the cleaning aunt for bathing (because the cleaning aunt’s room does not have a bathroom!) There are refrigerators, microwaves, and rice cookers at the front desk. There are three at the entrance Tables and chairs are available for everyone to relax.
