Pytloun Wellness Hotel Harrachov

Przyjazd o 21:50 - welcome drink na plus (piwo lane i prosseco). Po wejściu do pokoju wrażenie ok (myślałem że będzie większa wanna). Co do wanny chciałem skorzystać i pierwsze co to korek nie działał poprawnie i woda uciekała a druga sprawa to że nie było gorącej wody, ciepłej też nie było tylko letnia. Dwa razy byłem na recepcji w tej sprawie i tłumaczenie że boiler jest zepsuty i jestem jedyny który to zgłosił (patrząc po opiniach to nie byłem pierwszy który miał z tym problem). Telefon w pokoju nie działał. Lodówka w pokoju śmierdziała kiełbasą i nie chłodziła. Pościel słaba jak na „4 gwiazdki”. Śniadanie standardowe jak na takie miejsce. Wellness nie do skorzystania o 10:15. Wcześniej konsultowałem o której mogę wjedź do jacuzzi to dostałem informację że do 10 jest woda wymieniana (na plus) ale o 10:15 jak zadzwoniłem ze strefy wellness (Uboga ta strefa) to usłyszałem że 30 minut jeszcze. Nie skorzystałem finalnie. Recepcja trochę traktowała nas jak wroga - takie było moje odczucie. Pan Daniel był ok. Generalnie to chcieliśmy skorzystać z jakuzzi oraz ciepłej wanny i z obu rzeczy nie udało się skorzystać. Przy rezerwacji od razu zakupiona została godzina w wyżej wymienionej strefie wellness (za 6€), z której nie było możliwości skorzystać. Nie wrócę tutaj na pewno.

We had some kind of a bad start but the staff made it good in the end. Arriving at the Pytloun Wellness Hotel came with a bad surprise: the so called Wellness Hotel was more or less just a sauna and a jacuzzi and this was not even included in the anything-but-low-cost-room. One hour would have cost € 50,00! I called the reception and spoke to a very friendly and gentle Katja (?) who offered me one hour of spa for free. As this would have been later that evening I decided to take a bath instead (my room came with a bath tub). Unfortunately, the water was not hot (the fridge was not cold though) which is why I visited the reception and this time spoke to the equally friendly and gentle manager of the hotel, Barbora. She repeated the invitation for a one hour free of charge visit to the spa and offered a change of rooms. My new room was fantastic! I think it fulfilled the characteristics of the superior room I had booked....spacious and with a nice view. Very comfortable bed and -now- super bathroom and cold fridge. The most fantastic experience was the kindness of the manager to mail a small wallet with some pills I had forgotten! This is quite unusual and much appreciated. All in all it was a nice experience and I wish I would come back when the spa has been extended and the expression 'Wellness Hotel' meets the standard.

We were very surprised. Everything was really nice and clean. Room is comfy with perfect view. Prices are friendly too :) one of biggest cons was our waitress Veronika. Shes amiling all the time and help you decide to choose your dinner. She is very friendly and comunicative :) Food was amazing and big portion (even for me - im really big :D)… thanks to our chef Marianka :) after all… 10/10

IT was really nice to stay in hotel , nice apar**ans great relax zone , amaizing and nice personal there really smile and great nice people ;))) Marek , Gabriela and Kateřina was really nice , u can have private wellnes in good price sauna and wirpoll ;)

Very nice and calm accommodation! Thanks Tomas, really enjoyed. Great spot for touring around, close to Mumlava waterfall, also enjoy the turbulent weather, typical for Krkonose. Btw breakfast were stunning, tasty and enough of any kind!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area's attractions, and the great view from my room was the icing on the cake. The breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day off right. Hotel service at a very high level, which resulted in a stay in a positive a**osphere - I can't wait for my next stay!

The breakfast is great. The staff is helpful. The location is very good. Unfortunately they are not so good at cleaning the rooms.

Quite like boutique hotel little far from centre of town. Good service, friendly staff, cosy a**osphere and very good breakfast. Small but nice wellness area. Dog friendly hotel. Unfortunately no bike storage in the hotel.

To long check in The bar was a little boring, sold out of some drinks. The only positive was the breakfast. And there was a lot of problems with the locker too the room, it didn’t work.
