剛下火車，在火車站附近找了一家，第一次在鶴壁住酒店，真的體驗很好，前台小姐姐服務很好，説話語氣很親切，重點酒店的增值服務很棒，早餐品種也很多，晚上還有免費的宵夜，雖然衹是一碗麪但是吃的人心裏暖暖的，酒店還可以免費洗衣，免費烘乾，前台小姐姐怕我洗衣液不夠給我倒了很多，很貼心，在收拾東西退房有些慢，前台小姐姐還讓我不用着急，給我延遲了半個小時退房時間，一百塊錢的房間真的體驗相當不錯，下次有機會來鶴壁一定還會光顧的，好評好評！

第一次評價，不得不説價格美麗，服務也很好，介紹了有深夜的麪，晚上還專門下來試吃了，就是忘記拍做出來麪的照片了，很棒，吃過後美美的睡了一覺，前台小姐姐很熱情，服務很周到，早餐不錯，吃了好多，推薦推薦！

我覺得服務很好，前台小姐姐很熱情，入住後要了2次東西，都很耐心的幫忙送，客房阿姨服務也超好，我拿的行李多，也幫忙給按電梯拎行李，服務很好很贊👍🏻早餐也很合口味，乾淨衞生，酒店位置很容易找到，房間內的設施也很新，總體這次入住很滿意，酒店人員的服務真好!下次還會入住
