- There was no provided water bottles in the room until I requested.
- Room has mosquitos.
- Should change the slippers in the room as those I have were broken
- Bedsheet doesn't seem clean
- Near Hoang Hoa Tham market, airport and other convenient stores

Warning do not book this Hotel, I made a booking 3 weeks in advance and they sent me a message the day before my arrival cancelling my booking without reason or explanation. I was in transit at the time and left stranded.

It was value for money. Language is a problem as they do not understand English. The snacks in the room are not priced however they charge you for the same at the time of checkout. Brief stay was good. The lady at the counter at the time of checkout was very cooperative.
