Rooms were absolutely great, clean and nice bathrooms, nice white bed sheets and linen, soft white towels and very comfortable beds. Their concept is to make friends with you. Which was nice on the one hand, but also felt strange and artificial sometimes because you never know if it's just the job what they are doing or if it's more. I think it's perfect for Americans. The price was very good for the room, however if you book tours with their Onetrip company it gets expensive. They offer fine tours, quiet comfortable but also no adventure.

The seat was in an alley in the downtown area, so the driver couldn't find it at first.
The bed was very comfortable, and the quilt and pillows were good to sleep on. However, the corner of the bed was too sharp, and I accidentally got knocked down and my feet were bruised.
The overall environment is clean, but the water pressure in the bathroom is not enough and the drainage holes are blocked.

Poor storage, address is always difficult to find when you take a taxi or Grab.
Ants are everywhere, there are also geckos in my room.
I said service (via Whatsapp) and had other rooms but you still can't avoid ant.
Plus point: There is a vegan café restaurant downstairs.
Bathroom is quite small.

The 1st floor is a vegetarian cafe, and the 2nd floor is also their seat, but they sell some clothes and bags that look very high-quality. The 3rd floor is a restaurant. What I love most is that there is a balcony where you can see the view of Ho Chi Minh 👍
