My companions and I were all extremely satisfied with this stay. The 'posu bao' (flaky pastry bun) was a particular highlight, everyone raved about it! My colleague kept saying you provide 'angelic service.' I love every staff member here; they are attentive and thoughtful, and you can truly feel the genuine kindness radiating from them. Just now, the cleaning lady passed by and gave me an angelic smile, even though she could have easily ignored me while I was engrossed in my computer. This 'hidden gem in the city' that you meticulously maintain allowed us to feel incredibly relaxed. Whether it was the private hot spring, the calligraphy practice, or simply reading in the tearoom with the cat while listening to the rain, it all brought immense relaxation to our minds and bodies. Thank you for taking care of us these past few days. It was a truly wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back! Service: 100%! Our stay at Xishe Qinghuan exceeded expectations. The hotel's overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, and the 25th-floor high-altitude LOFT with panoramic floor-toceiling windows offers a particularly soothing sunset view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they were always available when we needed assistance. The room featured a very comfortable mattress and a private hot spring tub. The facilities were new and well-equipped. The buffet breakfast offered a good mix of local Yunnan specialties and simpler options, and the taste was excellent. It's perfect for both couples and families. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Kunming!

My family loved the hotel. It was spacious with a courtyard, a lake, and fish. The gym was large and well-equipped with a wide variety of equipment. There were two heated swimming pools, which were cleaned every night. The hot spring water next to the pools was also drained and replaced with fresh water the next day. There were both indoor and outdoor pools, and the hot spring water was drawn from underground. The whole hotel was a recreational attraction. We originally only booked one night, but we were so relaxed and comfortable at the hotel that we extended our stay for another day. When my child got wet, the staff even kindly took them to dry.

I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time.

The service was an even bigger bonus. Our butler drove us to the mountaintop restaurant for breakfast, and any requests we had during our stay were promptly met. The whole process felt very comfortable—not overly intrusive, but help was always available immediately when needed. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully gave us some tea as a souvenir, which was a lovely touch. If you're looking for a hotel genuinely suited for a vacation and unwinding, I think it's definitely worth experiencing. I'll certainly come back if I have the chance.

I extended my stay in this family room today, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The entire room is decorated with warm, natural wood, giving it a simple yet高级 feel. The space is wide open and spacious, with plenty of room for activities, so my family never felt cramped. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows, paired with a curved bay window for viewing, offer a stunning sight of lush green bamboo and banana trees outside. The fresh greenery fills the view, and sunlight gently streams through the sheer curtains, bathing the room in a soft glow. The bedding on the large bed is soft and skin-friendly, and the spacious and comfortable sofa area in the living room is perfect for the whole family to relax and chat. The room is surrounded by lush greenery, providing a quiet and tranquil escape from the outside noise. The layout thoughtfully balances relaxation and recreation, and the details are both comforting and healing. Our whole family felt comfortable and relaxed, making it perfect for a short family getaway. The butler service was also very attentive and friendly. It was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located right by Dianchi Lake, with separate lanes for vehicles and pedestrians. There's an observation deck not far from the hotel, and it's about 800-900 meters to Haigeng Park and Haihong Wetland. However, you still have to walk further to get to the cable car station, and I estimate the dam is even further – I didn't go there. The hotel is 2.3 kilometers from Xingti Road Station on Metro Line 5. Our package included one complimentary drop-off service to the metro station, which was really good. It would be even better if they offered round-trip shuttle service to the metro for backpackers. However, there aren't many shops around the hotel. For dining, it's either the hotel restaurant or ordering takeout. Park 1903 Commercial Street is about 3 kilometers away, so it's more suitable if you have a car. The hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and drivers were all incredibly gentle and friendly. The manager even proactively helped us with our luggage. The hotel is quite understated; in fact, the observation deck not far away offers amazing sunrise views, but they never promote it.

The room was quite spacious, and the service was good. Definitely book a room with a private hot spring tub; soaking in it on the balcony while enjoying the view was really comfortable. The only issue was that during the holiday, the hotel was fully booked, and there were also many people who came just for the forest hot springs. It was my first time seeing so many people in an outdoor hot spring area; every small pool was completely full, so we couldn't even get in. The complimentary forest hot springs were a complete waste since we couldn't use them.

The hotel facilities and environment are excellent, very clean, and the bedding and bathroom amenities are high quality. The hotel service is great, thoughtful and attentive; they proactively contacted me to provide useful information for my stay. Due to a change in plans, I needed to shorten my stay from three days to one, and the front desk staff were very friendly and patiently helped me adjust the reservation. Breakfast was abundant and offered a wide variety of choices. The '188 Mushroom Hot Pot' set meal, ordered as a main course, was incredible value for money. There was so much food, my group was shocked when it arrived – even bigger portions than Northeastern Chinese cuisine, and the flavor was exceptionally fresh and delicious.

Facilities: Super comprehensive, they even have razors and everything is quite new. Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even the bathtub was spotless and disinfected. Environment: Very quiet and comfortable. Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently. Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean. The room was super spacious.
