Hot Springs Hotels in Kunming

My companions and I were all extremely satisfied with this stay. The 'posu bao' (flaky pastry bun) was a particular highlight, everyone raved about it! My colleague kept saying you provide 'angelic service.' I love every staff member here; they are attentive and thoughtful, and you can truly feel the genuine kindness radiating from them. Just now, the cleaning lady passed by and gave me an angelic smile, even though she could have easily ignored me while I was engrossed in my computer. This 'hidden gem in the city' that you meticulously maintain allowed us to feel incredibly relaxed. Whether it was the private hot spring, the calligraphy practice, or simply reading in the tearoom with the cat while listening to the rain, it all brought immense relaxation to our minds and bodies. Thank you for taking care of us these past few days. It was a truly wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back! Service: 100%! Familial service; the staff here truly see every individual guest.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was spacious with great amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. Both inside and outside the room were quiet. The hotel maintained a high standard overall. Parking was very convenient, and access was easy, with the highway exit close by.

The room was incredibly spacious, a villa-style type, and from our specific room, we had a fantastic view of Dianchi Lake. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were incredibly warm and welcoming, with excellent attitudes, which made our check-in experience very pleasant. West Hill Park is also very, very close by. We will definitely be back next time!

It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time.

I stayed for three nights, and overall, my experience was very satisfying. This hotel left the deepest impression on me during my trip to Yunnan. The private courtyard and hot spring gave it a real resort feel, and the quiet environment was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast quality was excellent; in addition to the usual offerings, there were freshly cooked items like pan-fried steak and fresh shrimp, which I looked forward to every morning. The service was an even bigger bonus. Our butler drove us to the mountaintop restaurant for breakfast, and any requests we had during our stay were promptly met. The whole process felt very comfortable—not overly intrusive, but help was always available immediately when needed. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully gave us some tea as a souvenir, which was a lovely touch. If you're looking for a hotel genuinely suited for a vacation and unwinding, I think it's definitely worth experiencing. I'll certainly come back if I have the chance.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The environment is incredibly beautiful and it has a unique charm. My stay was so memorable, I truly didn't want to leave. If I get a special offer or discount, I'd love to bring friends or recommend it to others to come and stay, relax, and rejuvenate.

The room is spacious, and the environment is quiet and serene. Located on a hill, the air is fresh, surrounded by lush green trees and bamboos, with a subtle scent of plants – perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's also close to the hot spring pools, making it great for families with kids.

The hotel boasts luxurious decor and is conveniently located right next to the hot spring baths. We brought our child here specifically for the hot springs this trip, and the whole family had a fantastic time. It was clean and hygienic, and the environment was elegant and tranquil. Thumbs up!

The room was super spacious.
