This hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. It's very close to popular attractions like the Paper-thin Building, and the surrounding area is great for exploring right outside the door. Getting to Cuihu Park, Sky Eye, and the Yunnan Military Academy is also very convenient. The environment is excellent, and it's great value for money. The young gentlemen and ladies at the front desk are all very friendly. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very close to Kunming Station, making it a great choice if you're traveling by train – it saves you the hassle of commuting. The room was spotless, and the new Gree air conditioning unit was clean and odor-free. Facilities were comprehensive, and they even provided complimentary fruit. The service was warm and attentive. I highly recommend it for guests needing a layover! The driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel, but the staff helped us move our luggage to the Station North branch.

The most satisfying stay of our entire trip! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are well-maintained. The room is spacious, with meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout, including corners and the bathroom. The bedding is fluffy and comfortable, and the double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, completely blocking out noise from the hallway. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, proactively informing us about nearby attractions and local eateries. Any items we requested were promptly delivered by room service. Parking is convenient, the toiletries are high-quality, and the breakfast offers a rich and fresh variety. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I genuinely recommend it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I return to the area.

Traveling with friends to relax at Dianchi Lake, choosing the right guesthouse absolutely doubled our vacation happiness! The location is perfect for anyone visiting Dianchi, making it super easy to go see the seagulls whenever we wanted, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was clean and refreshing, tastefully decorated, and the sunlight streaming in made it feel so bright and airy. Sitting on the balcony at night, enjoying the breeze and a cup of tea, just melted away all the fatigue from work. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby, and the bathroom experience was top-notch. The host was incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. This five-star review is truly well-deserved!

This hostel in Kunming offers incredible value for money! The common areas are huge, and the terrace view is absolutely stunning. It's so comfortable to sunbathe during the day and enjoy the breeze at night. The place is cleaned very diligently, and the bedding is fresh and odorless. The staff at the front desk are all super enthusiastic and proactively recommend local snacks and travel routes. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and secure here!

My friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel is newly renovated, the room is very comfortable, there is a snack street downstairs, it is convenient, the hotel service is very good, and it is also very close to the high-speed rail. Relatively speaking, it is comfortable to stay and the experience is good. You can choose this hotel if you are transiting nearby!

I did some review reading before deciding to book this hotel. This hotel is closer to Wu Yi Lu (Line 3) Metro Station Exit B. There's a 2 way escalator hence very convenient for tourist with luggages. Just walk within 8 minutes on the walking street without having to cross any roads to reach this hotel. Once you see the Green Signage of Steam Bun Shop then you will find this hotel. You can even call DIDI taxi, as the pick up and drop off point just next to the Steam Bun shop and it is very convenient. The room with 2 beds just sufficient for 2 pax with 2 luggages. The bed is soft & comfortable. You will get 2 soft pillows. The amenities in the room is pretty basic. Body and hair shampoo, hand wash, toilet roll, tissue and 2 bottles of 550ml mineral waters were given. I brought my own plastic sandal to use it during shower as the hotel only gave disposable sandal. There's a stir fry shop just next to the left side of this hotel which sells delicious dishes with rice that suited my taste. The pork steam buns had become my favourite breakfast too. The negative side of this hotel was there's cockcroaches came out in the middle of the night for 3 times throughout my 9 days stay. But overall, this hotel really strategic to go to any nearest walking street and has lots of restaurants around it. It is much safer to walk around walking street to Metro Station from this hotel without having to cross any big roads. Highly recommended.

Despite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note: 1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival. 2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room. 3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised. We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

Great location close to many amenities !! No issue with WiFi working greatly, been watching films every night !!! Great stuff, very friendly and helpful , stayed for few weeks, never had any issues !! Walking distance to various shopping malls and night markets !! Fruit market and vegetable markets very close by !!! Very convenient transport links, buses, tube taxis, rent electric bikes/scooters, etc…! About 10 minutes, walk to the great gym with a swimming pool !!! Many Great Dental Hospitals, fixed my teeth while staying, managed to install crowns !!! Also, if have time can have a good quality implants !! Very close to Kunming Zoo, other parks a temples…!
