The location is excellent, just at the east street of Gulou, Datong Ancient City. Whether it is to go to Huayan Temple Shanhua Temple, to eat Xijin Road Zini Garden Hotel and other net red restaurants, or to go to the streets such as Southeast Shanghai, it is a walking distance. The small courtyard is very open and comfortable, and it seems to isolate the hustle and bustle of the commercial street outside. The service staff are very enthusiastic and say hello when they come in and out. The room was not as big as expected, the only dissatisfaction was that the spotlight was very unreasonable, lying on the bed and shooting straight at the eyes. The air conditioner is not stuffy, and it is opened and blows the head directly.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the boss is very warm and friendly, the cleaning aunt is also very good, the location of the hotel is very good, there are a lot of food nearby, and shopping is very convenient. Recommended to live!

On this trip, after leaving my job, I've stayed in many places, but Datong was the most surprising city. It's full of historical sites, delicious food, and a vibrant, down-to-earth atmosphere. But what surprised me even more was the guesthouse I chose. I did extensive research and ultimately decided to stay within the ancient city, which turned out to be incredibly convenient for dining, lodging, and getting around. It was fantastic and perfectly suited me. Initially, I considered guesthouses in the Southeast District, but they were all new, and their styles were quite similar and unremarkable, much like guesthouses in other cities. So, I picked one with unique traditional Chinese characteristics, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was exactly to my liking – nutritious and light. The room was warm and cozy, and the toiletry kit was amazing, with thoughtful items inside. Even though it's been in the ancient city for ten years, the decor and renovation show no sign of age; it's incredibly well-maintained. The housekeeper mentioned they had just upgraded all the rooms before my arrival, haha! 😄 This guesthouse truly helped my restless mind calm down. It felt like staying in a museum. The aunties and housekeepers working here told me stories about every single object and corner, which deeply moved me. This is what a guesthouse should be – unpretentious and full of stories. The biggest surprise this time was having the chance to meet the owner, a wonderful lady. She was so nice, I initially thought she was just another staff member; she had absolutely no airs. More importantly, her experiences and background are incredible – she does extreme sports and has even climbed Mount Everest! Talking with her made me feel so comfortable and helped me let go of a lot of things. Thank you for the encounter; it was truly destiny. This was the most unexpected gain from my trip to Datong, and I will definitely go back if I get the chance! It felt just like home, with no sense of unfamiliarity whatsoever.

The biggest advantage of this store is of course its location, as it is located in the ancient city’s bell tower scenic area. When I arrived at the ancient city of Datong, I saw customers queuing up next to the hotel waiting for their number to be called at the internet-famous noodle shop ”Xijindao”, as well as the high-decibel noise of the surrounding shops using loudspeakers to attract customers. I suddenly felt a chill in my heart, and worried that I would not be able to sleep well in the next few days. Unexpectedly, after moving in, although the windows faced the downtown, the noise could not be heard as long as the windows were closed. The soundproof windows had a very high coefficient. I felt relieved immediately (in fact, the noise from the crowds died down after 9:30 pm). The sound insulation between the room next door is not very good, if the other party speaks loudly, we will hear it. Maybe the partitions in the old house can’t completely block it off! The store's service attitude is super good and super friendly. Because I was traveling alone, I originally booked the smallest room online, but the hotel took the initiative to upgrade me to a larger room. I am very grateful. Moreover, the staff at the counter are very friendly to the customers, just like the older brothers and sisters next door, and their enthusiasm is not at all pretentious. The facilities in the room are also very clean and generous, with great attention to detail. There is also a washing machine available on the first floor. At this price, it is very good. The downside for me is that there is no breakfast which is a little annoying. The restaurants nearby are all popular online restaurants in tourist attractions. The earliest one to open is ”Xijindao” at 7 o'clock, but it is not good to eat knife-cut noodles every day. It is difficult to have porridge, steamed buns, etc. for breakfast, as you have to walk to a residential area far away. Also, there is no larger supermarket nearby, so if you want to buy some fruit you have to go outside the scenic area. But this is a good thing but it cannot be fully enjoyed. After all, being able to take a walk in front of the Huayan Temple every morning or take a look at the tranquility and leisure of the Grand Mosque next to it are all worth it.

The room is very good, it can be said that this is the best room I have ever stayed in at the same price, the room is new, the facilities are new, the room is very soundproof, everything is satisfactory, very recommended, not much to say, just look at the picture, I am not trusting

You can also see the flowers and plants outside from the windows on the first floor. Facilities: The facilities are very new and easy to use. The sink also has hot water 24 hours a day. Service: The hotel owner is very enthusiastic. It was very late when I arrived at the hotel, but the boss was still waiting for me at the door. He was very enthusiastic to help us check in. He told the boss that he was worried about the hot temperature of the room. The boss specially arranged the room on the first floor. I will bring friends to experience it next time~😁

Opposite the Hunyuan County Bus Station, the transportation is convenient, the hotel is very clean, the infrastructure is complete, the first floor of the hotel is a supermarket, bottled water and zero food prices can be, the stay experience is good

The sanitation is generally not very careful. The toilet was not cleaned when I first checked in. There was a suspected ** on the sheets. 😩 I asked the aunt to clean it again. The breakfast arrangement was not careful. The location was relatively remote. The advantage was that it was close to the airport high-speed rail station, but it was not very good. Take a taxi, But it's not expensive to take a fast train in Datong.
