"The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the main train station or city center via the 19 tram. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always trying their best to meet guests' needs, such as providing a portable water heater when requested. The room itself was spacious and clean, with great amenities, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The lighting was bright, and the touch-screen control system was very convenient to use. A nice touch was the complimentary mini-bar, which included a bottle of beer and various soft drinks. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and a consistent hot water supply, making for a pleasant experience. But the real highlight was the breakfast. The spread was incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes to suit every taste. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it."

"The hotel is conveniently located with direct connection to the airport and main sightseeing sights. The bus stop is closed too. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold selection. I got the upgraded Wifi service as part of the room package which was more than sufficient for business use."

"The hygiene was acceptable. The surrounding area was quite desolate. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the subway, so taking a taxi is more convenient. The hotel restaurant was busy. The room was quite spacious. It's a budget-friendly option, not expensive. Recommended if you're staying for an exhibition."

"Overall good service provided by front desk, generally clean and decent breakfast spread. Booked the single room but haven’t slept on a single bed in a while, so needed time to get used to- that’s on me. My main complaint is the illogical and not adult-friendly layout of the toilet. FYI- I’m a 1.7m average built Asian man. See the super narrow gap to squeeze through to get to the toilet bowl? One definitely needs to have physical contact with the sink or the shower wall to reach the toilet bowl, making it unhygienic and a terrible experience. Also, right leg has no space beside the toilet bowl and need to be “rubbing” against the shower wall, making the experience a terrible one in an otherwise pleasant stay."

"The room was tiny and the only desirable aspect was the larger air conditioning. There is a supermarket REWE right downstairs from the hotel, but there is no restaurant within 10 minutes, not even a convenience store when you want supper. Looking at Google Maps, I thought it was very convenient to take the S7 to the Central Railway Station, but the S7 service is very sparse, usually every 20-30 minutes. Price is the only thing to consider."

The family room is well-designed, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring the kids get a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and slip-resistant, with good safety features. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including scrambled eggs, croissants, and fruits that kids love, catering to different tastes. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and can even help arrange children's amenities. The only minor drawback is that the room isn't very spacious, making it a bit cramped once you open your luggage. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short family trip."

"The hotel’s location is quite good. I had some concerns that it might be noisy due to being next to the train station, but there was no disturbing noise at all. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is quiet and peaceful. I would choose it again."

"The room was very clean. Upon checking in on the first day, we received two complimentary bottles of water. During the day, mint-infused water, apples, and oranges were available on the ground floor, though I only discovered this when checking out. It's a ten-minute walk from the metro station, and the metro ride to the city center takes over twenty minutes. It didn't feel as convenient as my previous stays near the train station, but that's my fault, not the hotel's, as I didn't pay attention to the address when booking. The surroundings are very green and peaceful. The hotel has a car park. Just one metro stop away, there's a large shopping mall with everything you could want, including stores like DM, Aldi, Zara, and H&M, as well as many dining options. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. Thumbs up!👍"

"Not too far from S-bahn station. Quiet hotel, double rooms clean, well equipped and comfortable. Interesting decoration concept. Service is limited (no 24h reception, no laundry service, room keeping only if explicitly requested). Good breakfast (+16.9 euros). Supermarket, bakery and good restaurants at proximity. "

"The hotel is nicely located near the main square thus it is a plus. On your way back to the hotel, you will be passing by nice international food selection: viet, Italian, Indian and even two Afghani restaurants. Amd if you miss lne of course, you got your kebab shop! The deal breaker for me, the welcoming deamor of the reception staff. A mixed bag, half were smiling and half is long faced. My advice if smiling and welcoming guests isnt for you, one must quit a customer facing job. And the lady that checked us in has refused to add my husband's holiday in loyalty number. Her reasoning, since you booked using a third party, one must not earn the point. Okay but actually another of her colleague is willing to add the details, just in case we spent something in the bar. Why is it points cant be earn... same concept like flights.. they aren't fussy abt you earning yoir miles. You are the same person at the end of the day. Amenities: breakfast is sumptuous and varied selection although similar everyday. However reception here are way friendlier and jolly. Their gym is properly equipped. I am also delighted with their housekeeping, they do their daily rounds and the lobby is freshen up to. Compared to a marriot hotel which uses a robot, we're lobby edges are so filty. So kudos to the housekeeping team! I am happy though that my husband doesnt have a company site in Germany, I will take checking in France/Poland/India and china any day. They are just way welcoming. The attitude just simply put me off, it shouldn't be a German thing as we ate in a German restaurant in the main square, they are nice over there."
