Requests were handled promptly and with great hospitality. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Facilities were in good condition and provided a pleasant environment for guests. Breakfast and dining options were fresh, well-organized, and offered a good variety of choices. Replenishment was timely and the dining area was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Condor Hotel is a very convenient property that I tend to visit often during my stays in Munich. Even though it is situated as a 3-Stars hotel, I find it to actually tend more toward a 4-Stars standard. The hotel is located in a very convenient proximity to the Munich central train station (Hauptbahnhof), making it easily accessible for me upon my arrival to the city. The check-in process is always smooth and efficient, as it was this time as well. The team is always nice and helpful. The rooms are a highlight, and even though they are not large - the rooms do combine modern design trends with a classic touch. They are immaculately maintained, featuring spotless bathrooms with powerful showers and beds that ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Daily housekeeping keeps everything pristine, and the overall service is attentive. Considering the prime location and high quality of the facilities, the Condor Hotel provides exceptional value for money. It is a highly recommended choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Munich.

An excellent hotel with a superb location! We took the Lufthansa Express bus from Terminal 2, which I highly recommend. It stops right at the hotel entrance, saving us the hassle of lugging luggage from the train station. Plus, the subway is right next door. The breakfast was very clean and tasty; although the variety wasn't extensive, it had most of the items you'd expect from a Western buffet. The front desk staff were also very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the German guests weren't as aloof as I'd heard; everyone was quite friendly and helpful. At breakfast, when I had trouble lifting the lids for food, they kindly offered to help, which was lovely. The room was a bit small and lacked amenities like slippers, tissues, a kettle, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, so it's best to come prepared. However, there's a supermarket right next door, making it easy to buy any daily necessities.

The room is very clean, has good lighting, sufficient heating, and is equipped with a refrigerator and safe. The location is 6-7 minutes' walk from the train station. There are tram stops, subways, supermarkets, pharmacies, snack bars, etc. around, making it convenient to travel. Rooms facing the street will hear the sound of trams passing by at night, so it is recommended to choose a room facing the inner courtyard.

Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.

However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

The hotel is a bit small, but the price is cheap and the breakfast was really delicious. The staff were all friendly and there was an elevator, so it was easy to move my luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor, so please keep that in mind.
