QQizi1022Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. Such a luxurious hotel and such service are so disappointing! !

CCeliatiantianThe room is comfortable and quiet. The window cannot be opened and there is no shading. The car show is really too wife _＞ `cool like it! Although the location is not in the city, it is not a few stops in the city center by subway. It is really convenient and cost-effective than the city. SsiccillaiEnvironment: It takes 9-10 minutes to walk from the train station. There are no supermarkets around the hotel, and restaurants are also a bit far away. The surrounding area is deserted, but it is very close to the subway station, so traveling is quite convenient.
Facilities: The room is not large, relatively dark, and the bathroom is also very small. Overall it doesn't meet the 4-star standard. The only good thing is the 24-hour drink machine.

The only problem was that the bed width of all hotels in Munich was too narrow, only 0.9 meters, which was a bit cramped. GGuest UserSince there is no elevator, it is not recommended for wheelchairs or large luggage. But it is recommended for others.
The toilet was shared, but it was cleaned properly and there was no discomfort. Of course the room is clean.
There are both shared showers and indoor showers. There is no shampoo in the room. Please note that the indoor shower will not be drained unless you press the button at the bottom of the entrance.
It takes 30 to 40 minutes to the center and 1 hours to the airport, but it is easy because you can go without transfer at S-Bahn. However, since the railway is suspended in Germany, it may be better to check if there is a schedule for suspension before booking (although it may still be suspended in a hurry).

They knew I was staying for two nights, but they insisted on activating the card for one night first, and then asked me to come down the next day to activate it. JJylsLifeStorySuch a beautiful place, so clean, easy check in, friendly staff. There's no kettle or coffee maker or refrigerator or water bottles or vending machines. No one informed me that the lift doesn't work at night or that I would need to exit/enter through a door with a key at the bottom of the stairwell instead of through the reception area. Seems like a fire hazard, and if you're handicapped, you're trapped.
