Qizi1022Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. Such a luxurious hotel and such service are so disappointing! !

JasonxianshengMarriott's luxury hotel, opened for more than 3 months, is located between the old town of Munich and the central train station. The geographical location is absolutely convenient for travel, whether taking a taxi or public transportation, and even the surrounding Chinese restaurants are quite abundant, and you can switch between formal meals and fast food at will.
The basic room is not large, but it is enough. In terms of service, you will feel warm as soon as you step into the door of the hotel (trolls will say, money is the god, of course, money in this world can solve most problems, such as service). The breakfast variety is rich enough, there are a la carte and buffet categories. I ate the miso soup in it for 3 days to satisfy the Chinese taste, but it was really salty, but the menu is the same every day without any change, which is a disadvantage. 👍Recommended

The hotel's location is excellent because it is in an important area in Munich, two steps from the famous Maximilian Street. The hotel staff and workers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and quiet, and the service is excellent.

Guest UserThis is a hotel frequently chosen by many football teams when they play in Munich, so you often run into players. Everything else is pretty good, but the price is significantly higher than similar hotels. However, Munich is generally expensive, and during exhibitions, prices can skyrocket several times over.

Grace Y.I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. My flight arrived in the morning, and I was able to check in right away without any early check-in fees. The location was fantastic, with a train station, bus stop, Italian restaurant, and German restaurant all nearby. It was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was incredibly delicious – they had a whole honeycomb for fresh honey, various cheeses, salads, fragrant breads, and my favorite, English breakfast tea ☕️

Guest UserA nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area.
I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs.
Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended.
Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great.
They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

Cesco90The hotel is located very close to the train station, but the room (at least the one I had) was quiet as it was facing the inside area.
There is a nice small swimming pool included in the room price on the last floor, open from 6 am to 11 pm.
The staff was kind and fast

RalfService at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you.
Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself.
The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year.
And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

Travel itinerary 1Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive.
As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.
The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring.
In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.

I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much.
