Everything was great. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near the Christmas market. One small issue was that the breakfast restaurant seemed understaffed, which caused the service to be a bit slow and the staff to appear slightly stressed. This is understandable, but better staffing or management could make the service feel warmer and more pleasant.

Guest UserThis hotel is the newest hotel in Munich.
The facilities are very good. There is a rich water bar and a coffee machine.
It is very convenient to be next to the train station. There is a subway at the door.
It is also very convenient to walk to the surrounding attractions. The service is very good.
I didn’t take pictures of the room specifically.

The hotel's location is excellent because it is in an important area in Munich, two steps from the famous Maximilian Street. The hotel staff and workers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and quiet, and the service is excellent.

First time to stay in a 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer toiletries. You would think it’s Andaz and it’s supposed to be premium since we stayed with other Andaz before, but this one doesn’t have any toiletries like the basic suchnas lotion. I asked why and they said they are changing company. Still though they should have warned us during check in or at least have something in the room

ShanshanBooked an executive king room with executive lounge access. It's a common issue with older European five-star hotels – the facilities are outdated. Even though I booked an executive room (they gave me a room on the 17th floor, which isn't an executive floor, so that's a bit odd), there was a sour smell as soon as I entered. This is my fifth hotel in Europe so far. While it's in the airport, it's clean and comfortable enough. Newer brands often offer more comfort than old five-star hotels. I guess I can't just rely on brand names when traveling in Europe anymore. The executive lounge was good with nice views, but I wasn't happy about the sour smell in the room.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and shopping! I wasn't a big fan of the online check-in and keycard system. If you're serious about staying at this hotel, be aware that the room pictures don't match the descriptions! On my first night, I noticed the towels were visibly dirty. I checked in after 4:00 AM, and when I got to the room, housekeeping hurriedly replaced it with a sofa bed...

Julia SenichevaThe hotel is good. The location is right by the train station. There's a great pool with all the amenities (towels, slippers, robes). The room was a bit small; we were with our 6-year-old child, and space was limited. There was one standard-sized double bed. It was clean, and the staff were friendly.

RalfService at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you.
Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself.
The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year.
And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

Travel itinerary 1Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive.
As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.
The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring.
In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.

I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much.
