Avoid this place!!!We had the worst experience at this bed and breakfast!! Stayed here 21st October 2023.only breakfast option was “scrambled eggs and toast”. The owners daughter verbally attacked my mother threatening her “to get back into her room or she will be told to pack your bags Lady”.The reason for this was she had 2 kids sleeping upstairs. The rooms were freezing cold we had to go look for the owner at 10.30pm To request the heating be put on and my grandfather couldn’t sleep in such Baltic conditions. The breakfast next morning my mum requested an omelette due to not wanting scrambled eggs and it came out completely burnt. I have videos and photos of this. It was such a struggle for her to provide me with 2 sausages and 2 bacon as I also don’t like scrambled eggs (which I couldn’t eat as there was a blonde hair in it.)also have video of this. My 8 year old daughter was ignored when asked could she have pancakes and syrup!! I managed to get bacon for her and she was given 1 tiny slice. Also pictures of this!! Only cornflakes for cereal choice. Not really a choice for kids. When I approached the owner before leaving the next morning I told her the issues I had and not even an apology. When I mentioned her daughter giving my mother bad manners she tried to deny it staying it wasn’t her daughter it was another guest!! The Daughter checked us in when we arrived so that excuse wasn’t possible as it was the same person!!plastic bag in the bin in room had what looked like “poo stains”. Also have this videod for the relevant depar**ent to deal with this horrible experience. Her website states “full Irish breakfast”. I don’t want anyone else to experience what we did!!also the mother(owner) was there when her daughter threatened my mother and never apologised or anything she let her speak to my mother like that. Not acceptable!!

A two night stay to explore the Dingle region. Very quiet, safe property. As a couple we had a family room, so there was a bit more space. Easy check-in and plenty of info about local roads and dinner options. Great location for exploring Dingle and Ring of Kerry.

Quiet and clean and cozy. Only thing wrong is check in time was at 5:30. Seems a bit late

We had booked our reservations three months in advance and also mentioned that we would be arriving after 8:00pm. Cathy warmly welcomed us, however the room she gave us was tiny! Just enough space for a double bed and about two feet on each side. There was no place to set our small bags, thank goodness we did not have large suitcases. The en-suite bathroom was smaller than a typical B&B bath. With our room door closed we could still hear conversation from the guests across the hall. 9:00am is the earliest breakfast is served! So if you typically dine earlier, do not stay here. At least we received a cold take-away breakfast of yoghurt, fruit, a juice box, and cheese sandwich. Considering other B&Bs we've stayed at, the 110 euro rate for the tiny room and cold breakfast is hardly worth the night.

Cute B&B just outside Killorglin. Great location for excursions on to the Dingle peninsula and into Killarney. Breakfast was made to order, from the basic continental to eggs and bacon. Rooms are small but well appointed. Beds are comfortable.

Killorglin is very charming! The Torine House was within walking distance to activities of the town. The property was nice and clean. Our room was accommodating, yet the bathroom was a bit stale.

I made a reservation for a five night stay expecting to do some hill climbing. However a week before my arrival I injured my leg and was using a wheelchair and a walker. I was not able to use the wheelchair inside because the halls were very narrow and the door frames were narrow and there were heat registers on the walls making the halls even narrower. The place is listed as a “Bed & Breakfast”. There is no mention of an additional charge on the website for breakfast. A continental breakfast (dry cereal, juice, tea, coffe) was €14 per person. We passed on the breakfast and did not even ask what the charge was for the full Irish breakfast which was another option. The website said that there were newspapers available in the lobby. None were evident during our 5 night stay. The website says the facility is “family friendly”. The rules on the door of our room said no children under 12 allowed. So much for family friendly. A sign in the lobby made a statement about guests feeling right at home. The rules on the door stated that no food could be consumed in the room. A strange limitation. Not like any home I have ever lived in or hotel that I have stayed in. The hostess reassigned us to a first floor room because of my mobility limitation which was helpful. The front yard was nicely arranged with shrubs, flowers, and pathways. The shrubs were overgrown and made the paths hard to navigate in a wheelchair. There is a very nice monkey puzzle tree in the yard.

Host was responsive and helpful. We appreciated the free parking, the large room, good wifi, and convenience. Perfect location for our drive through the Ring of Kerry!
