空調是老空調特別吵特別吵，房間環境真的很差！既然來島上玩了，大家以後還是就訂海邊的吧，但是工作人員服務態度是真的好

非常不好的一次體驗，看酒店外觀還不錯，但房間裏面的設施很老舊且糟糕，看着有點敍利亞風的設計，但泛黃的馬桶，很多塵埃的保險櫃以及根本無法使用，沒有熱水且水量很小的花灑，讓人很不舒服。投訴完換了一間房，枕頭過高睡得非常不好，床的背後是有條縫，枕頭也會陷進去，空調上也有那種多年集灰塵的痕跡、且冷暖控制得很奇怪。美好的一次行程因為酒店而悶悶不樂，海邊酒店又被訂完了，沒辦法

特別特別垃圾 到店2點十幾分還等了十多分鐘才入住 安排的房間廁所特別臭 整個房間暗暗的 燈也不明亮 跟廉價的50塊出租房似的！！！洗澡水衹夠一個人洗 而且住特別壓抑 床就是拿水泥枱子砌的 感覺隨時都會有蟲爬來爬去 並且沒有一次性拖鞋 隔音效果超級差 離海邊還要走個十來分鐘 前台也不是24h的 反正很垃圾 200一晚我都嫌貴了 千萬別住 中國人不騙中國人 ！！

服務超級差、擔保不可取消、結果入住讓我們加價、因為帶小孩？？、讓每天都加？？退房因為將取電卡用作取電、沒拿到前台、老闆媽媽説、不行、要扣錢、因為你這幾天都沒關空調！？？我説你怎麼知道、她説因為沒給取電卡、、我説每天都帶走、就今天因為退房在房間裏！她讓員工去查、結果沒問題、才放我們走！！簡直是無語😓
