The staff is very nice & efficient. We noted it’s a smoking room after check-in, and the staff arranged another non-smoking room for us as requested upon booking. The swimming pool locates on the rooftop, with a rooftop bar & restaurant. Located near the city center, close to lots of local food & restaurants.

The location is convenient, it has plenty of good spa and restaurants nearby, however, it was too close to the fish market, you can smell the fish once you left the lobby. The overall hygiene is fine, bedsheet and towel are in very good condition, however, there are quite a lot of strains in the surfaces of toilet, also the shower room. And I found some ants at a corner of the room. The facilities are good, swimming pool and the rooftop bar are decent. All staff I have met are nice and friendly.

Overall nice hotel with very good facilities. I liked the edgeless swimming pool where you can have broader view of coastal area of KK including the ***a Island. The gym is also modern and a pleasant place to go. The restaurants are also attractive and i liked the breakfast the most as there are a lot of food options. 15/F roooftop is a good place for appreciation of sunset. The only problem is their room service efficiency: when you try to order something you might have to wait for a long time. Hope there’s improvement when I come back again in future.

Hotel is nice, clean and have good amenities. The room is clean, though not new, but all amenities are working fine. The bed is comfortable and comes with 2 pillows each. The room even has a study table. We use it as a dining table instead. The room has a unique toilet. The shower and toilet bowl is separated having a door each and next to each other. Also, the wall and door of the toilet can slide fully open exposing the sink and the doors of shower and toilet bowl. You can just slide to close everything if you want privacy. The hotel staffs are nice too and attend to your request promptly. I requested for extra pillow and they sent it within a few minutes. The breakfast was also good and delicious. They have a wide variety of dishes from local, western, Indian, Chinese. Though everyday is similar but they change certain dishes such as from fried noodle to fried kuey tiow, fried rice to nasi lemak, etc. The hotel is also close to the waterfront, eating places and walking distance to Suria Sabah shopping centre. Overall, a good hotel to stay in.

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. Stay here for a vacation. This hotel is a beautiful hotel and a secret jewelry. This hotel is depending on the City Mall shopping complex building. There are many restaurants around the hotel, such as Paparich, Old City, Korean Restaurant, Japan Restaurant, KFC Outlet, Supermarket, Cinema and the largest bookstore. That's very suitable. Nothing for complaint. It recommends for travelers who want a short jump. If you are not disturbed, breakfast is good. Simple but not fill. The arrangements are usually beautiful and friendly. Muslim friendly toilet / bathroom.

Friendly staffs. Room was sparkling clean. It has been fully renovated. Furnitures seems new & comfortable. Iron & iron board inside the wardrobe. Hairdryer in the toilet. Complete amenities except no body lotion. Marked in the booking as staying for Anniversary and the hotel surprised us with simple anniversary deco with fresh roses in our room with no charge. Thank you so much, we love it!♥️. Breakfast was okay with fried kuew teow, fried rice & plain porridge with condiments. Also chicken curry, beef rendang, potato wedges, egg station & some desserts & fruit. Pool also okay. Definitely will come back!

Toujoo is tucked in a little corner of KK city center, easily accessible for tourists and locals alike. Our room was clean (room 102-studio double window), bed super comfy, bathroom is tiny (expected) but well ventilated and water pressure is good. Soundproofing is good and it's quite quiet, we didn't hear our neighbours and the storm brewing outside. The room is equipped with Bluetooth speakers, which we really liked. No TV. Plenty of electrical points to charge your devices. Also, guests can use the facilities in OPIS (between Ground floor and First floor). Great area to lounge around, make your own coffee/tea, play pool, or read. There's also a house cat (Pablo?) if you need some pet therapy. 😆 Sundays are good for ladies (free flow cocktail at the Tamu rooftop bar 5-7pm) plus the food is superb! Overall this place is highly recommended!

I was surprised when I saw this hotel is rated as 2 stars in google. Like whatt? This hotel should be rated as 3 to 4 stars bcs the hotel services are the best. The hotel building is also huge. Perfect for staycation! Highlights: Friendly staff and efficient check in process. The front office staff explained very clearly about the hotel facilities. Good job! Spacious and clean room, modern room design, Smart Tv included, great ambience, free & fast wifi connection. I loveee the free breakfast and I’m a huge coffee lover, I like that there is a coffee maker, very convenient. The croissant is also amazing! I love all the food here 👍 Overall, well done Holiday Inn Express KK! Thank you for your amazing 5 star hospitality services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We feel very welcomed by the friendly staffs, the hotel is quiet, clean and cosy, the overall service and stay quality is maintained well as per our last stay, we are happy with it. We also love the breakfast buffet, it has improved from the last trip, simple yet very delicious. The only part we would like to bring out is the shower water will spill over to the toilet bowl area, hope this can be improved. The hotel is within 5-10min walking distance to ***a street with lots of nice eateries, or you may take grab which cost only RM5.
