Associates are were helpful. Overall good experience. Swimming pool is there with good maintenance . Will stay there for every visit to hosur. Situated on highway . No local cabs available only hotel cab has to take for reaching Railway station or other places. Food was good when comparing with other hotels in hosur locality Thank you!!!!

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Had lots of varieties in their in room dining. Cost is also not so higher and at the same time it is also not on lower side. I would recommend this hotel to my friends amd family. overall it was a good experiance.

I had an opportunity to stay in Hotel Fortune for couple of weeks. The stay had been definitely splendid Kudos to Front desk staff who were always available and ready to help despite any hour of request, I remember Mr. Abhishek as he was mostly answering my queries or clarifications like laundry , rare WIFI specific needs in early morning and late nights. As well other front desk staffs were always kind hospitable ensuring great customer support whenever they interact with any customer. Housekeeping staffs : They do a commendable job, some times when my meetings occur at their work time and goes beyond their housekeeping hours upon request they do the room cleaning promptly and I usually get amazed at work ethic. I had opportunity to interact with Mr. Saravanan and Mr. Patchaiyandi who always sported a smile and readily helped with support when I used to request them help with housekeeping at some times late evening in the weekdays or weekends while i am working from Hotel with DND. In fact some times when I tell them no need to do housekeeping as I felt it was too late after their work hours, they used to offer me if they could at-least clear off the trash. Restaurant Staffs : Definitely the best in hotel with variety of dishes that they offer, definitely are extremely delicious , I do end up over eating and do few more clicks of cardio. The other thing are staffs like Mr. Vetri, Mr. Muniappan , Ms, Thivya who ensure the guest are attended at all times and they keep bringing ad- hoc dishes that are very tasty. So I have very specific routine of eating specially during breakfast and all the staffs know me and greet me and just continue cater to my taste very quickly when I am rushing for breakfast and pop off to my office. I forgot some of the names but every one use to go above and beyond in their job. I wont do a justice if I don’t mention Chef Mr Dass ( I forgot his first name) but he was always helpful in getting me some specific dishes with a very less spicyness. He ensures my request get attended all the time. Another chef Mr. Marudhupillai who always is very kind and one incident I ended up late at my breakfast almost at closing time , I was ruing my chance of missing pongal, that is lip smacking and they dont offer it daily.I was telling staffs “ today I woke up late and missed pongal” he heard that and gave me one of the best steaming hot pongal in just 8 minutes that just made my rest of day. Laundry: I usually have DND turned on even at evenings so some times i might have missed laundry collection by evening , but early morning at 4:00 AM, I reach out to Mr. Abhishek at front desk, laundry reaches by 4:20 AM. So that work ethic of helping out customer even at untimely hours impressed me. Issues I faced : I had few issues like one day a choked bathroom and wifi package, needless to say all these issues were settled immediately, specially they are just a phone call away. Whenever we have guests at our Office, we always think of accommodating them at this property - Fortune, Hosur. Nice and clean rooms. Tasty food at reasonable rates added with courteous and prompt service of the Staff, ensure repeat Customers.

House keeping staff Saravanan was so polite with us, always come on time, speaking so nice understanding so clear, thanks all staff hotel fortune from Kazakhstan . food was delicious but spicy i feel so comfortable here, lovely music always in corridor, they have nice swimming pool

Good Ambience. Staff is very Supportive. Morning Buffet is very awesome. Tidy room cleaning. Well maintained Gym and Swimming pool. Dining area ambience is awesome. Wide variety of food options. Ambience suits for Family as well. Plenty of space available for parking

Am willson huang am first time coming this hotel housekeeping very Good service. House keeper MR Saravanan.and he good talking,and take care of me at the night time and room cleaning is excellent 👍 am staying very peaceful.if i have chance to future i will be come back here
