首先聲明百分百不是託，衹是在大學放假以後住宿過一晚的學生，如果你第二天要趕高鐵這絕對是個不錯的落腳點。
1，交通位置便利，附近有地鐵站，臨近高鐵站，最重要的是友好的老闆包接包送。
2，對於學生而言這性價比夠夠的，住宿的地方雖然小了點，但麻雀雖小，五臟俱全吶。
最後老闆人很好哦。

衞生間衹有兩平米吧，洗澡水衹有一小股，無力吐槽，澡都沒有洗，水龍頭衹有冷水，被子有一股味道，枕頭皺皺的，鏡子搖裏晃蕩，洗澡間真的很無語，還有一點他家的房間是在小區裏，像租房，價格雖然便宜，但是沒有洗澡水也太無語了，我實事求是的評價，絕無半點虛假，老闆倒是人不錯。

那個小區都是一個單元一個單元的改造旅館，早上送站方便，老闆比較熱情，當晚到了後實在疲勞，就給我從四樓換了三樓的房間。

做得比較滿意的。經濟實惠，價格便宜，沒有什麼好説的了。做得挺划算，挺值得的。衞生環境良好，乾淨整潔。洗澡熱水充足，有免費接送高鐵站。枕頭床單被套我看過了，第一眼就先看床單被套發現很乾凈。沒有睡過的痕跡。我再聞一下被子，感覺一股清新的那種。香味。外邊環境也很優雅，空氣也很好，小區裏面風景也不錯。離菜市場也很近，買水果方便。去了一趟菜市場，買了好多水果提回來。主要是在車上吃也比較方便。非常棒的一次住宿，你在昆明南站住了多次，感覺這家是最好的，其實大家都不容易。説實話的有一説一有二説二，這次住宿體驗就是舒服，心情也愉快多了。祝老闆生意興隆，蒸蒸日上。
