We originally only booked for two nights, but this place was so fantastic that we kept extending our stay and ended up staying for six nights in total 🥹
- Environment: The room was very clean, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There were absolutely no noise issues; it was very quiet, and we couldn't hear any noise from other guests. The elevator was super fast, so we never had to wait long.
- Location: It's right next to the Bourke St tram stop, which makes getting into the CBD very convenient.
- Parking: There's an indoor parking garage in the same building, making it easy to load and unload luggage.
- Amenities: The room was fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, capsule coffee machine, and all sorts of toiletries.
- Service: We encountered three different front desk staff members, and all of them were incredibly friendly. Any questions we had were answered quickly via message or email.
Hope to have the chance to visit again! 💖

Anonymous UserOverall, pretty good. It's great for walks along the river, and there's a Woolworths right across the street.
Amenities: The pool facilities are well-equipped, with both a sauna and a steam room. However, the pool water was a bit salty, possibly because many people were using it. Maybe it needs more frequent changing. Also, the water pressure for the shower in the room was a bit low, which could be improved.
Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was good.
Service: Good. The doorman smiled at me when I got out of the car, and the front desk staff were polite. However, for this price point, bottled water in the room still costs extra. The main issue is its misleading placement – while the mini-bar is obviously paid, the bottled water was placed right next to the tea bags, making it easy to grab and drink, only to find out it was nine dollars a bottle. That's a bit much.
Environment: Quite nice. However, the river view wasn't ideally positioned; it was at an angle.

lya yarlyThe front office staff were helpful but there was a new staff that was clueless. On our second night, the electricity stripped all night in our room. The new staff refused to change our room & gave us 3 room cards to stop the electricity from stripping. Unfortunately, none of those room cards worked. It's winter time & we slept in a cold until morning and my sister suffers from a fever while my youngest sister & I suffers from a bad flu. Their techinician Aiden came next morning & resolved the electricity stripping issues.
I'm not sure what is their housekeeping schedule but our room was not clean (including mugs, cutleries & pan) & vacuum daily, clean towels on request only. My sister caught the housekeeping staff threw my pillow on the floor which was disgusting so I have to wash my pillow after a tiring day tour. Despite the flaws, I shall continue to stay at this hotel as their front office staff were very helpful & cooperative and a very convenient location.

great location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night.
Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st.
the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in.
At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

Guest UserThe hotel staff were welcoming and ready to help. The hotel ammenities and location itself were perfect, from the pool there was a magnificent view of the sunset overlooking the city buildings. The charging ports in the room were practically placed, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was modernly designed and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, inviting, clean and modern, making its shared spaces comfortable to relax. Its convenient location allowed access to ”The District” on Docklands with a range of restaurants and shops alongside public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

Guest UserI stayed at Nesuto Docklands for 2 nights during a work trip. The location is very convenient, there are plenty of eateries nearby, a supermarket right on the ground floor, and paid parking available. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, do note that they don’t provide bottled water or basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, so you’ll need to bring your own.

The Docklands area is a bit far from the city center. However, being right above the Route 86 tram terminus means you don't have to worry about directions. The room had two queen-sized beds, which is rare to find in Melbourne. The cleanliness wasn't great though, especially the dirty carpet. They don't provide toothbrushes, combs, or slippers, so remember to bring your own. Also, the shower doesn't have a glass door, so you need to be careful when showering. The upside of this area is how quiet it is.

The hotel only has five floors, and the balcony view is just another building across the street – nothing special. We stayed for five days, and two of those days we had no hot water. Coffee capsules also cost extra to replenish. If you want your room cleaned, you have to request it at the front desk; they don't do it proactively. The air conditioning had a strange smell. The transportation is decent, it's not far from the city center and there's a bus stop right outside. It's right next to a stadium, so I'd recommend it if you're attending a concert.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with balcony, kitchen (with oven, microwave, large refrigerator) and washer and dryer; it has a lot of space. We stayed for a total of 6 nights. There was no room cleaning. We had to take out the trash ourselves. Room cleaning service will only be provided if we stay for more than 7 nights.
The overall feeling is very good. This area is very quiet, but it is also in the cable car free zone in the city, so you don’t have to worry about transportation when going to the city for dining.

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!
