First of all, I really appreciate the amazing service and kindness. It was my solo trip for pleasure, and NH collection ghent was the best choice. Here are some reasons: 1. Employees are so kind and helpful. They even told me about some good souvenir options and festival information. 2. All the things are ready. Anything you need? They just give you the right thing. (For instance, shaver) 3. Room is very spacious and clean. I'm not sure it is new, but it feels like new. Four. Fine room cleaning service 5. Great facilities: They have restaurant & gym & even bar. Thank you for everything, I truly had a good time there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-organized, and extremely comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall freshness of the space. The location is excellent—convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed, which made getting around the city very easy. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the entire stay even more pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Hands down best view from the room! Booked another night as I had a really good impression and experience - wish I had stayed longer! Bed is comfy and the room is...roomy enough. The ladies at the front were exceptionally accommodating for when I had issues checking out and checking back in. Staff is overall awesome! The only shower room is fairly well kept. For a small amount there will be everything that you will/might need: from towels, laundry/dryer, tea/coffee/beer/snacks, luggage storage, to kayaks. Didn't have to use the common kitchen but it seemed equipped. Really can't go wrong with the location - everything is within reach and the are is just simply beautiful day/night.

This hotel was the most impressive one on my trip through the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. It's located right in the heart of Ghent's scenic riverfront, a World Heritage site, one of Europe's top ten design hotels, and on the list of the world's top 100 hotels! Staying here, it truly lives up to its reputation. It's incredibly well-designed, opulent, a genuine antique with a strong sense of culture and history. The classic Baroque style is evident, and the furniture and decor are all traditional European. It exudes the luxurious feel of an ancient European palace! The breakfast was also excellent, especially the breakfast restaurant, which has fantastic views!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location in the historic center of Ghent. We had a spacious room, which was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower lacked pressure, resulting in a weak stream. The breakfast was fine, although the breakfast room is not very spacious. The hotel bar was not busy, making it less inviting. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it is a great starting point for a weekend in Ghent.

Nice hotel, in the center on the edge but still easy to reach, parking Friday market just a stone's throw away. Very spacious room, large bed, mini bar, coffee facility, bathroom with bath and shower, beautiful view of the water. Friendly staff at reception, less so at breakfast. Nice breakfast room on the 3rd floor with a view over Ghent and the water. Breakfast buffet good but not luxurious. This hotel is definitely recommended!

Excellent location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were superb – delicious red fish, various cheeses including brie. A wonderful lady named Serda at the front desk. Her attitude towards guests alone deserves a solid 5-star rating for the hotel. The room is small, but the city is so beautiful that you won't want to stay cooped up inside. There's an outdoor pool at the hotel, so bring your swimsuits!

Generally the cleanliness of lobby floor public areas and room were above average 👍🏻👍🏻 Need to be careful when driving into that expo , ikea and the hotel zone as they located along with each others and shared the same directory board which the indicator bit small you might miss the hotel car park entrance The front staff he is super friendly and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I would say the amenities is worth for the price 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel has nothing but the front desk. The room is not on the same floor as the front desk. In addition to the excellent location, there is no other recommended price is too low. I don't know how this is listed. Four stars.

The boss didn't understand English, it was difficult to communicate, and he charged arbitrarily. He changed my double room to a double bed. The location is next to the tram, there is a tram at about 5:00 in the morning, it is very noisy, I can’t sleep
