"I highly recommend Wakeup Copenhagen Borgergade to anyone visiting Copenhagen. The hotel’s greatest advantage is undoubtedly its outstanding location. Most of the city’s iconic attractions are within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring Copenhagen. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. I also appreciated how peaceful the hotel is. Guests respect one another, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere without noise or disturbances. Another major advantage is the vibrant neighborhood. The hotel is surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the rooms remain remarkably quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. A special compliment goes to the breakfast. It offers a wide variety of delicious options and is beautifully presented in a bright, welcoming dining area. What impressed me most was the added value the hotel provides. Guests staying for at least four nights receive a complimentary bicycle rental, which is a fantastic way to experience Copenhagen. Cycling truly allows you to discover the city from a completely different perspective. Overall, I had an excellent experience. A wonderful city, an excellent hotel, and exceptional value for money. I would happily stay here again, and I sincerely hope I will have the opportunity to return."

"We had a lovely stay at Admiral Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, although a few amenities were missing. The hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure stays, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city. We especially enjoyed renting bikes from the hotel, which made getting around both fun and convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available to assist."

"The room was very clean, and the window opened directly onto the street, which was great. I would choose this hotel again next time. The bathroom had underfloor heating, and there was an electric kettle in the room for boiling water. Free Wi-Fi was also available."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent location & great value The hotel is overall very good. Service is decent and satisfactory, nothing outstanding but perfectly fine. Location is truly excellent! It’s very easy to get here from the airport: take the direct bus, only costs 30 DKK per person, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to the hotel after getting off. It’s also very convenient for getting around: about 15 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to the city centre, and 30–40 minutes to the main tourist attractions on foot. The room is a bit small, but small yet fully equipped — everything you need is there, clean and practical. Overall a great choice, especially for anyone valuing convenient transport!"

"The location of the hotel is very nice, especially suitable for travellers who are having early flights. There’s a connecting-corridor between the airport and the hotel, so no need to worry if it’s cold and raining outside. If you would like to get some food for late-night snack, you can even shop in the airport.  But I was quite surprised that a four-star hotel is not providing complimentary room slipper and ask travelers to pay for the set."

"Efficient, well-priced room in a good location. Unfortunately, if you have two large suitcases, the room is very small and cramped. It is also has a very small bed for two adults. Amenities were fine for our purposes.  The biggest plus was it's in a good location for getting around downtown and seeing the sights."

"Great location but keep in mind in Copenhagen, everything is walkable. so many reasonable options within walking distance. Basically, at this place you pay steep premium for staying within a stone's throw distance of the main street. Nice decor... but many things were dated. Carpets in lobby were dirty almost all the time. Cleaning crew was good, but had to remind the reception for simple things such as refill hand soap, towels, tissue paper etc... Another disappointment was HVAC. Hotel team locks the temperature at 21.9C so the room does not cool as much as it should. and the HVAC seemed dated and very noisy for comfortable sleep. I suppose they know most guests are one-time visitors so charge high rates but no need to make any effort beyond the basic. overall average experience."

"Very nice hotel, we had a wonderful room and breakfast was superb. Price for the night was clear but totally overpriced. Parking was in the back yard and extra to pay. Free drinks in the evening (in special times) were great. Stuff was super friendly and kind."

"I was very satisfied with Wakeup Copenhagen. Due to a silly mistake by DSB, I missed my flight and was forced to stay in Copenhagen for a night. This hotel was a great place to land – affordable and with a good atmosphere. The room was a bit small but very comfortable, and the view from the window overlooked København H station, which was nice. After checking out at 11 AM the next day, I stayed on the first floor of the hotel until 5 PM because my flight wasn't until 10 PM. No hotel staff bothered or rushed me during that time, and both times I went to the front desk to ask for the restroom key, they happily provided it. I'm very grateful to them; it put a happy end to what started as an unpleasant experience. I will definitely consider this hotel again next time I'm in Copenhagen. Highly recommended."
