"The location is decent; both the train and metro stations are within walking distance. However, there aren't many dining options nearby. When I first arrived, I found one pizza place, but that was about it for restaurants. The hotel breakfast is simple but filling enough. There's hot water available downstairs, and luggage storage is free, though it's in a basement without an elevator. Carrying heavy bags up and down is quite a hassle, especially since it's unattended. I guess that's understandable for a youth hostel."

"There was no drinking water available at the cabin hotel, and when I asked at the reception, the staff member told me to drink tap water. On top of that, there was a bad smell coming from morning .No application in tv,Bathroom water block in washbasin ."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation, which makes it very easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great with a good variety of options. It is especially kids-friendly. My daughter really loved the self-made waffles 🧇 They played minigolf there as well."

"Hotel is located just 7-8 minutes walk from the metro, it is very easy to get to the metro and has a bus stop just right in front. The room is efficient, very spacious and minimal decoration. The front desk clerks were very helpful and had great attitudes. There was no AC which is common but they offer a fan in the room. Room cleaning is alright, you can request for daily cleaning by qr code or through the front desk, however they once forgot to give me enough towels (only 1 big towel for 2 people). I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel for any that is on a budget stay."

"My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful vacation, enjoying every moment of it. From the very first day, we felt completely at ease. The cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and warm welcome made being here one of the best parts of our holiday. The hotel is very clean, safe, and its location is perfect. You can walk to Tivoli, the main shopping street, and the train station in just a few minutes. I can't imagine a better location for exploring Copenhagen. But what truly makes this hotel special are its staff. The entire team at reception was incredibly friendly, genuine, and helpful. Their pleasant conversations and sincere approach always made us feel so good. We didn't feel like guests; it was as if we were staying with long-time friends. If we ever come back to Copenhagen, we wouldn't hesitate to choose Savoy Hotel again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making us feel at home. ❤️"

"We really enjoyed our stay at CityHub. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning with hopes to drop off our luggage, we were instead offered a ‘hub’ straight away! The bathrooms and saunas were absolutely lovely, and the beds were very comfy. I enjoyed having a space to stand up within the hubs, and the ability to change the lighting and the music. Overall, I would recommend cityhub to anyone looking for a stay in Copenhagen. You pay significantly less than what you would in a typically hotel, for what I could argue is better service and better quality."

"The room was smaller than I expected. My two suitcases (one 26-inch and one 28-inch) barely fit and had to be squeezed together by the wall to open. The hotel's design is very minimalist and Nordic, but some of it prioritizes aesthetics over practicality (like the sink). However, there's a pegboard wall next to the bed, which adds some much-needed storage space. The bed is large, but I found the mattress a bit too soft and saggy. The location is great, very close to the station, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby."

"No frills stay matching its star rating. The good is its location and proximity to the central train station, Tivoli, and mall (not much else around). The bad, starts when ypu spot dirty carpets on the hallways, but it continues inside the room floor where there were multiple bits and pieces left behind; There were also multiple smeared or stained surfaces that makes it little appealing."

"The room was quite small, just a few square meters, but fully equipped. It had a large bed, a small TV by the bedside, several lamps, and a table with chairs. The bathroom was small but had a shower with a curtain. I stayed for six days and the room was cleaned once during that time. Slippers, soap, and a dental kit were provided. Breakfast was plentiful, though the same every day. It's about a 15-minute walk from Bella Center."
