Guest UserI booked a twin room and chose the upper bunk. The room was a bit cramped, but for a place to just sleep for one night, it was quite comfortable. The self-check-in was convenient and quick, and the staff on duty were very friendly. There's a lounge area, a small bar, and a kitchen near the entrance. It's really great value for money and perfect for a short stay when exploring the city.

Guest UserHotel was close to the central train station, which was very useful coming in from the airport. Hotel had provided us with free macaroons and champagne as we were on our honeymoon! Was very pleased with our stays

Guest UserCame here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, but I have to say it's more about looks than functionality. The design is really strong, but the actual room functionality for staying here is pretty mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers. The room is very dark, only suitable for a leisurely stay. Overall, this hotel feels like it's all style and no substance.

Anonymous UserGreat hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy.
What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time.
The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen.

Anonymous UserAbsolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

Guest UserClean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

Traveller3This is a large hotel, and it accommodates many tour groups. The rooms are also very spacious (which was the main reason we booked this place). It's about a 10-minute walk to the Central Station. There are restaurants nearby, and the pink sunset skies over the lake in front of the hotel are absolutely stunning. The breakfast restaurant is huge and gets very crowded, with about four identical food stations. The coffee isn't great, but the other food items are decent.

Guest UserI paid Euro 130 for one night. With this price, there are others option in nearby hotel.
My room carpet is old and have smell, you need open the windows to make it away. there is a flush water pipe inside the room so everytime when there is people used toilet and you will hear the sound. Door is thin as well ,. so, you will hear nearby people talking in corridor or when they go out.
The major issue was the room is facing toward the street, and so from 0730am till 2300pm, its noisy even closed the windows.
there are no air conditioner in the room. (i see winter have heater). the room ventilation is not good,
the bed is combined by two 2.5 feet wide bed. so there is a gap in between and no addition thin mattress above it as other hotel.
breakfast was ok but not worth the price Euro 11. the juice is watery. coffee not ok. only 1 kind of bread, boiled egg and few cold meats. you may have better choice at nearby.
Will not take this hotel.

Zero cleaning in 4 days stay, even tho we asked couple times. Despite a stay being extra expensive, close to 700 euros for 4 nights in a bunk bed, the gym wasn't included, we had to pay extra. No refill in fresh towel without asking, no refill in coffee or tea, nothing. Not even empty our trash.
Cleaning staff in common area asking you to move table when you're in the middle of an imprtant call...not professional at all.
The place was far to be bad, but the service can easily be improved for the comfort of the clients.
Good points: clean building, nice wifi, right next to a mall and train station.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the closet was small and inconvenient. A hairdryer was provided. There were two beautiful lamps, but nowhere to plug them in. One power outlet didn't work, leaving only one functional outlet to charge a phone. A mini-fridge was also present, but there was no available outlet for it. The TV had a poor signal, though YouTube was accessible. The shared bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water, soap, and shampoo. Cleanliness was perfect; our towels were changed.
There was no physical staff at the front desk. We encountered an issue with the entry code, which was resolved via the doorbell's intercom system. This place is definitely geared towards tech-savvy guests! I had internet access but no phone signal to receive the SMS confirmation required for online check-in. Luckily, they assisted us via the intercom, and we managed to sort everything out.
