"I highly recommend Wakeup Copenhagen Borgergade to anyone visiting Copenhagen. The hotel’s greatest advantage is undoubtedly its outstanding location. Most of the city’s iconic attractions are within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring Copenhagen. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. I also appreciated how peaceful the hotel is. Guests respect one another, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere without noise or disturbances. Another major advantage is the vibrant neighborhood. The hotel is surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the rooms remain remarkably quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. A special compliment goes to the breakfast. It offers a wide variety of delicious options and is beautifully presented in a bright, welcoming dining area. What impressed me most was the added value the hotel provides. Guests staying for at least four nights receive a complimentary bicycle rental, which is a fantastic way to experience Copenhagen. Cycling truly allows you to discover the city from a completely different perspective. Overall, I had an excellent experience. A wonderful city, an excellent hotel, and exceptional value for money. I would happily stay here again, and I sincerely hope I will have the opportunity to return."

"The location is great, near the metro, the restaurants, cefe and etc. the distance from the hotel is walkable to the shopping street, museums where is center of the city. The room is clean and tidy. The shower room is wide and has a lot of space. There is no electric kettle in the room but you can rent at the reception. The decoration is very nice, in a nordic style. The staff is nice. Recommend!!"

"Stay was good for the first four days. Busy and tired each day. Got to bed at 9-10, no issues. Last day, noisy guests put lights on anddidn't stop till midnight. Rooms are fine. I was satisfied. Had 2 showers and a toilet. Mostly fine. Location clear and easy to move around. Facilities not sure. Didn't seem to have any kitchen or fridge or anything I wanted. Didn't affect me too much, but would have been nice."

"+ Excellent location at a major intersection right by Norepo Station, offering direct access to the city center. + The breakfast served at the rooftop restaurant/bar was superb. A unique point is that the front desk is also located on the top floor, right at the entrance to the rooftop bar. + The staff were very friendly and helpful. - While the facilities are generally good and there are no major drawbacks, the room size is quite small, similar to hotels in Japan. Additionally, there's no mini-fridge in the room. (For example, unfolding the desk completely blocks the walkway on one side of the bed.)"

"The room can be good for a single or a couple. The thing is that the shower was extremely tiny. I am a 1.50 cm tall girl and I struggled in the shower because it was so small. The toilet is okay. The sink ok. I didn't see any fan or AC. I saw a heater but I went during summer. The wi-fi worked well. The hotel is quiet. They have elevator and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was very simple: coffee, shot of ginger, granola with yogurt, an apple and a croissant. You can have it at the lobby restaurant or they can pack it to you. It was very nice that every day after 5 pm they give you a glass of wine for free. Around the hotel there were restaurants and the train station was a walking distance. I would stay here for the location but if you are BIG you might not fit in the shower."

"Lovely boutique hotel with elegant style and excellent service. Park Lane Copenhagen is set in a historic, beautifully restored building in the peaceful Hellerup area, offering spacious, modern rooms with chic Scandinavian design and great attention to detail. Guests praise the friendly, helpful staff and the calm, comfortable atmosphere. The location is slightly outside central Copenhagen, but it makes a perfect base for relaxing stays and exploring the city by bike or short ride. The on-site dining and bar add a nice touch to the overall experience"

"The room was stylish, beautifully decorated, and had a pleasant atmosphere. There was enough space to open two large suitcases, but it left little room to walk around. The bathroom had an unusual design that took a bit of getting used to, and there wasn't a dedicated space to put clothes before showering. There was no wardrobe in the room, but the lighting was good, not too dim. You could request extra bottled water from the mini-fridge. There were two sets of 3-4 steps on the walkway from the lobby to the rooms, which might be inconvenient for guests with large luggage. The hotel didn't offer bellboy service, but staff could assist with heavy bags if needed. The elevator lighting was quite dim compared to other areas of the hotel. The lobby area was comfortably air-conditioned and featured both a library and a vinyl room for relaxation. Breakfast offered a wide and quite comprehensive selection. The hotel's location in the old town was surrounded by walkable attractions, restaurants, and local shops, making it ideal for those who want to explore the city at a leisurely pace. Overall, the hotel is best suited for travelers with smaller luggage planning a 2-3 night stay to fully experience the old town's atmosphere on foot."

"Great location but keep in mind in Copenhagen, everything is walkable. so many reasonable options within walking distance. Basically, at this place you pay steep premium for staying within a stone's throw distance of the main street. Nice decor... but many things were dated. Carpets in lobby were dirty almost all the time. Cleaning crew was good, but had to remind the reception for simple things such as refill hand soap, towels, tissue paper etc... Another disappointment was HVAC. Hotel team locks the temperature at 21.9C so the room does not cool as much as it should. and the HVAC seemed dated and very noisy for comfortable sleep. I suppose they know most guests are one-time visitors so charge high rates but no need to make any effort beyond the basic. overall average experience."

"The location of the hotel is very nice, especially suitable for travellers who are having early flights. There’s a connecting-corridor between the airport and the hotel, so no need to worry if it’s cold and raining outside. If you would like to get some food for late-night snack, you can even shop in the airport.  But I was quite surprised that a four-star hotel is not providing complimentary room slipper and ask travelers to pay for the set."

"The room was tiny, old, and there was nowhere to put my luggage. The hotel entrance had steps, which made it very inconvenient to carry my bags up myself. The elevator in the side building was extremely small and old. When I checked out, the elevator wasn't working, so I had to carry my luggage down from the second floor. The carpet in the hotel hallway was so old it smelled. The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk service was quick and helpful with luggage storage. Other than that, there's nothing much to praise."
