GGuest UserI recently stayed at Elong Hotel PIK Jakarta and overall had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Rooms facing the main road can be quite noisy, especially at night, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. The breakfast selection was also somewhat limited, with not many options to choose from.
Service at the hotel restaurant could be better. When I asked for sweet soya sauce, the staff simply pointed to a corner table and asked me to take it myself instead of assisting, which felt less hospitable than expected.
That said, aside from these issues, the overall stay was good, and the quality of the room itself stands out as a highlight.

SSimonW6840Both Room and service are very good. Room is big and clean and the price is quite competitive. When we checked in, the reception lady Desy was very nice and helped to upgrade my room to a suit type room that I enjoyed 3 days comfortable life here.

Oobekz786From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. Located conveniently yet quietly, the hotel welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient service. The lobby felt elegant and cosy, with soft lighting and a fresh scent that instantly made me feel relaxed.
My room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large windows opened up to a beautiful city view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and fluffy pillows – I had the best sleep in ages. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged: adequate charging ports, high-quality toiletries, and even a small welcome snack and bottled water waiting for me.
I enjoyed breakfast at their dining area every morning. There was a wide selection of delicious food covering both local favourites and international dishes, all prepared fresh and served nicely. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to assist whenever I needed anything.

EebinatStrategically located if you're looking to be active around Kelapa Gading. You can walk to MOI, and right next to the hotel is the famous Ayu seafood restaurant. A short taxi ride will also get you to Kelapa Gading. Overall, it's good.

Cleanliness: It's clean and tidy, with dedicated staff for cleaning.
Environment: The environment is great, very quiet around, and convenient for getting anywhere. You can see the sea from the room, which is delightful.
Service: The service is very attentive, and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to nearby attractions. Although it only provides one-way service, it's still excellent.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at All Sedayu Hotel Kelapa Gading, Indonesia. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until my departure. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable atmosphere for guests.
What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality shown by the Duty Manager and every member of the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests were well taken care of. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made my stay truly memorable.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their excellent service and dedication. I highly recommend All Sedayu Hotel Kelapa Gading to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

TTheHotelierzThis hotel is considerably 'a bang for your buck' which have strategic location and much complete facility compared to other that charge the same rate. I spent a night in the hotel, my first impression was that the hotel is quite dark (that is because i cheked in well after 6pm) which then scared me because I thought that the hotel is ******* for some reason. Then, after I turn on every light that is available in the room, turns out its not that bad, it is very comfortable and clean. So here is my tip for any of you guys that wanted to stay here; do it.
